I ordered granula bowl and panini. Here is the panini. I went home and there was a crazy smell. I started eating but tasted weird and here is what I found when I opened it. Food was stale to the point where the steak turned green. For the bowl she wore gloves to cut fruits but kept leaving back and forth every time a customer enters in order to attend them and leave me waiting, never changing gloves even after taking money and using the counter. She’d just go back to cutting fruits with the same gloves. completed someone else's order while I was still there. See for yourself.

Businesses that allow itself to run with one person is completely unfair to the individual working.
I feel like when I come here there's always a long lineup and always one person working.
Not the person's fault. Just terrible business policies

Parm is so sweet and kind, always has a smile on her face and provides great service! Which is hard to come by nowadays, thank you kindly for your hard work :)

Parm is a powerhouse! She handled the lunch rush by herself, while simultaneously welcoming each customer. She even gave me water after I had a coughing fit, haha! A very hard worker, indeed.

We have been to this store dozens of times, this one girl has given extremely amazing service every single time... she even remembers our favourite drinks every time.. i think her name is lovepreet .. good with kids too ...

Don't go. I've had the 'Very Berry' drink all over the coast and this was the first time it didn't taste right. They are substituting the yogurt with milk.

I visit yesterday and have the best service from cashier(husan) i ask her to make orange fresh juice without anything else as i am fasting and surprisingly she suggested me that she will wash the juicer and make it fresh as i can’t have ginger or garlic in my fast. Even she peels the fresh orange for me in-front of my eyes. I really love it. This girl needs a raise excellent work. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I went in the other day for a high impact açai. I tasted my order and noticed a spoiled milk after taste, I notified the employee and she gladly made me a new one. The second smoothie still had that spolied milk taste and the other employee (who did not make my smoothie) was telling me that is how it is. It definitely is not suppose to taste like spoiled milk but she tried to argue with me. The first employee who helped me out did end up giving me a refund as I was not satisfied I believe her name was Parm, she was great, friendly and professional through out the situation. The other employee ( Asian woman) was not any of those things.
Thanks Parm for the customer service. I will not be at this location again due to the milk taste but I appreciate the service by Parm.
