I recently visited your store and requested Maui juice, but was informed by an employee named LOVE that she already cleaned the machine and couldn't make it, despite there being 20 minutes left before closing. This was disappointing as the store was still open, and her refusal to accommodate the request is very poor customer service. After expressing our dissatisfaction, she eventually agreed to make it. This incident reflects negatively on the customer experience at your establishment, just because Love was lazy and doesn’t want to clean again and I hope management addresses it to ensure better service in the future.

Great customer service, super friendly staff. Clean place and very roomy. The juices and wraps are soo good and super affordable. I just don't like and won't recommend their Acai Bowl, the taste and texture is quite disappointing. Will definitely be back again to try more of their juices / smoothies.

Ordered a drink, did not taste right, called the store and their reply "There's nothing we can do". I sent feedback to head office. The store calls me back, accuses me of calling back an hour after the drink was made and that I have to taste it in the store to get a replacement. Accuses me of the drink not being right as I customized the ingredients...I've ordered this drink customized the past 4 years. This store took no accountability...will not go back.

*edit* I called and talked to the lady, and she apologized.The lady who is working today, June 25 @6pm is very very rude!!! I didn't see that my toddler grabbed a book they are selling. She said "hmm, excuse me, can you put back the book? It's very expensive!" Obviously, we do not plan of stealing it. Of course I will return it. She could have said it nicely. But the way she said it is just very unfriendly. Especially for a customer service.
