My sister and brother in law and I went for a late lunch, I had the baked onion soup. I was disappointed in it because it wasn't really hot, had very little cheese and had a chunk of bread and that's pretty much it. Won't order again. My sister had a sandwich and salad and she seemed to enjoy, took half home. Her husband had the personal pan pizza and the same soup I had. Pizza was good he said but he was not Impressed with the same onion soup as I did.

This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable service experiences I’ve had. The staff are completely unprofessional and extremely rude toward customers. In particular, an older Asian woman without glasses spoke in a very disrespectful and dismissive manner. That kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
It’s hard for a business to succeed long-term when employees don’t know how to communicate properly with customers. I felt both uncomfortable and undervalued during my visit. In the service industry, basic politeness and respect should be the minimum standard.
I will definitely not be coming back, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service felt careless and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Staff seemed irritated and uninterested in helping, and basic politeness was missing. I understand restaurants can get busy, but that doesn’t justify the attitude.
The food itself was average at best and definitely not worth the price. What bothered me more than the food was the atmosphere — it felt uncomfortable, like customers were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests.
There are many other places in Richmond where you can get similar or better food with much better service. Unfortunately, this visit convinced me not to return.

Just wanted to share the wonderful service I received from Fasica. She provided amazing service, and even my non-English speaking grandma could feel her hospitality and kindness. Fasica did a great job and stayed attentive throughout the entire time my family was there. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. She always seemed to know what we needed—whether it was a drink refill or extra hot water—before we even had to ask. Thank you, Fasica, for such a great experience!
