This is Boston Pizza has the worst service. We had initially wanted to make reservations at this restaurant for a birthday party. My son wanted pizza. When we first called a week earlier, the person on the phone indicated that the reservation will be fine. However when we called two days prior to confirm the reservation, the restaurant indicated that because our reservation was mainly with kids, they were unable to accommodate. It is a terrible way to tell adults. The kids who would be attending will not order from the kids menu as they are too old anyways. The manager on the phone had the audacity to tell us that if our reservation was for adults, they would be able to accommodate, however as our reservation was for kids, they would be unable to take our reservation. This was 2 days prior to the dinner.
We have dined at this restaurant before the food has declined in the recent years. It's too bad the manager here provides this type of service to it's customers. Will not make reservations at this restaurant again.
Update: The manager contacted me but tried to clarify the situation. However how can she clarify when they initially said yes they can accommodate our reservation but after finding out our party was mainly kids, they said they cannot accommodate our request. Beats me. Would be better if its a third party and not the manager.

Not a great experience. We asked for a booth and the staff member answered with attitude, saying they were “only for 5-6 people,” and the tone was just rude and condescending the whole time. We also mentioned that we always order kids’ meals at other Boston Pizza locations with zero issues, but instead of just explaining anything normally, she came back acting like she needed to prove herself right and said she’d only allow one — even though our kids are 11 and 13 and you have to be 10 and under apparently? We ended up leaving and went to another location, where — shocker — it wasn’t a problem at all. The kids both got kids meals and we got a booth with a lovely server. Won’t be coming back here!!

Boston Pizza is a great place for families and kids. We were especially grateful that it was open on Christmas Day when we were looking for a restaurant, and it turned out to be a great choice.The food was good, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we had a wonderful experience with our server Monika — she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable.Definitely recommend this place for good food and quality time with family. We’ll be back!

I order from this BP on a regular basis and the Boston Royal is my favourite pizza. On my order today I found and bit into two hard olive pits nearly chipping my tooth. Never had this happen before. Need to do a better job checking your toppings before going on the pizza.
I Ordered pick up online (through DoorDash) with estimated time of pick up at 4:56, arrived at 4:55 staff told me will be 5-10 more minutes, so waited until 5:08 checked again with staff, she went and came back served other customers and didn’t even update. I Checked again at 5:15 still served other customers and finally came at 5:18, a waste of time.
