After a long wet day at Delta Port, needed some food as my hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. I went to this location, a seemly pleasant young lady was working the door assisting a customer departing. However, when that interaction was done she departed after briefly glancing my way. She was only gone about 30 seconds in which time someone entered behind me. When she returned she looked right past me to speak to the person behind me, then held up the “just a minute gesture didn’t consider this as a red flag as she seemed to hustle. Restaurant wasn’t overly busy. She again returned fairly quickly and being alone offered a seat at the bar. Great, I do not drink but, alone at the bar usually means fairly prompt service. Shortly after I sat down with my menu in front of me, a couple of servers and the bartender behind the bar, a lady sat beside me, we were both ignored, not even an acknowledgement from staff. She sat about 30 seconds and huffed about the poor service (she belonged to a seated group). Now these little things turned from yellow flags to red. The lady beside me got up and went to where the POS is at the bar, got someones attention and returned to her group. Still no hello, not offer to get a drink. After 10 mins (the bar tender disappeared after the first 2 mins), I got up and left, thankfully the pleasant young lady working the door wasn’t there and she didn’t have to hear of my displeasure at the extremely poor service. Can’t even make eye contact a nod or a be with you in a moment with the newest customer at the bar (only 3 of us in total). I am a patient person IF, the usually attentive understaffed employees just simply acknowledge your presence. But, when you can’t even be bothered well, thanks for coming out! You lost a customer and one of your servers lost a minimum of 20%. Very, very poor service.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs via Skip . Was inedibly salty . I’m someone who often adds salt to my food and I couldn’t finish this . My mouth was burning . Almost as if someone intentionally dumped a handful of salt into it because they are disgruntled. Spaghetti was overcooked but can live with that . However the amount of salt made dish inedible . Never had this issue at other BP locations . Maybe angry staff or lack of oversight . I urged you to taste the sauce and meatballs and you will see this issue!

My younger sister came in earlier today to celebrate her birthday with a few friends. When the food came out, there were small pieces of fuzz on the pasta and the server also forgot to bring out the second mac and cheese dish, explaining how there was only one order of mac and cheese even though they asked for two.
At the end of their dining experience, my younger sister paid for the meal and left no tip due to being unsatisfied with the service. As she was paying, the server stared at my sister, trying to see how much she would pay, making my younger sister feel slightly uncomfortable. Once the server noticed there was no tip, the server then continued to then say these exact words:
“You know you should really tip your server next time. I’ll let it slide today since it’s you’r birthday, just remember for next time”
this left my sister and her friends shocked from the experience. Please do better.

My girlfriend and I recently dined at a restaurant in Vancouver during a trip from Toronto. She selected the venue, and I was utterly impressed. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable, and the hospitality truly exceptional. I was particularly delighted with the attentive service provided by Anish, the supervisor. His gentle demeanor and calm guidance, coupled with his thoughtful explanations of the menu, made for a truly memorable dining experience. We are grateful for his care and attention.

I ordered a pizza that has ham on it, I requested “no ham” but still got ham on my pizza! I called to ask why and request a refund but no one answers the phone. This is very disappointing

Just terrible. We ordered the pizza and wing deal tonight. To start of the Caesar salad did not arrive.. thats a honest mistake i guess… but when you compound that with a perogie pizza thats is missing cactus cut potatoes on it which you have requested to be seasoned extra and gross wings.. its a bad meal. The bacon on the pizza was all clumped up and un cooked. Just low standards for a big chain.. super dissatisfied

I’ve come here for years and although I’ve noticed a decline in food and service. Today was definitely the worst by far.
I ordered the ribs and wings combo, the ribs had a small splatter of sauce on top, and they clearly weren’t cooked in it as they looked very dry, nor was more added after cooking. The wings were so small and looked so dry. Totally killed my appetite. Though the manager offered a refire, I had no interest. My dad got the braised beef mac n’ cheese. They would have been better off putting no beef on it. 5 small bits in the mac n cheese and that’s it. It tasted like an off brand watered down Alfredo sauce.
Though they were somewhat helpful after we brought the food to their attention, it took 20 minutes just to get our appetizer.
I know that restaurants have their off days…. But it was not a good experience unfortunately.

Great service. Food well prepared and tasty. We had a little one with us and she ordered the kids meal which consisted of pizza, fries, a drink and dessert for $9.00. She thoroughly enjoyed it.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of options to choose
Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor so accessible for wheelchairs

I stopped by Boston Pizza for lunch and tried their $15 lunch promotion with the Traditional Burger and fries, plus added cactus cut potatoes for $2.50. The food was tasty, and the burger hit the spot for a quick lunch meal. However, they promote a ‘20-minute service’ for their lunch special, but it actually took 35 minutes for my order to arrive. This delay ended up cutting into my lunch break, which was a bit frustrating since I was hoping for a quicker experience. The food was good, but I’d love to see them improve on the speed for those who are on a tight lunch schedule.

Well BP is now another victim of corporate greed and to boot, poor food and customer service.
Experience- ordered a Hungry Carnivore Penne pasta.
I don’t like cheese (I know unpopular opinion) so I asked for the cheesy bacon wrapped Texas toast to be just garlic with bacon on top… not a crazy request. - SEE PHOTO! Seriously at first thought it was a joke. Even the server seemed embarrassed when I asked, “What is this?”
Second issue is probably the most concerning…
The dish came with grated cheese on it. I NEVER ASKED for No Cheese on my dish as (A) it is not on the menu as having cheese (B) the server could have inferred / at least asked about the garnish of the item I asked for not to be on my toast???
When I asked for it to be remade there was a BRIEF back and forth of me Not asking for no cheese EVEN-THOUGH it is not on the description of the meal I ordered. Should I have asked for “No kimchi on my pasta also???”
We paid and still tipped the 18% - for what I am unsure?
This was another HORRIBLE BP Experience. I must be a glutton for punishment until I can get more and more of my friend group to abandon this embarassing franchise.
Vegetarian options: This has become so bland and unappealing.
Dietary restrictions: They DO NOT take it seriously. Double check and ask DIRECTLY if you feel UNSURE!

Worst food and worst service. The waiter asked us to wait and disappeared for 10 minutes, then invited us to come in. However after she learned we have two kids with us she told us right away they are at full capacity and told us we need to wait for another 15 minutes. Will not come again.

Boston Pizza is definitely one of the worst restaurants in Richmond and it’s also pretty damn expensive. We ordered a pizza with low-quality cheese. Rather have Pizza Hut or Domino’s - way cheaper and better. We also ordered one of the worst calamari and ice cream. The calamari was frozen, and the ice cream was slushy and had no favour.
Burger buns, patty, chicken fingers, and fries were ALL FROZEN and tasted like school cafeteria food. $128 in total for 4 people, and the service wasn’t great. It was extremely disappointing, and will never go to Boston Pizza again. Boston Pizza, don’t need to say sorry and say you guys prioritize customer feedback. Gave feedback to you guys before, foods are still bad, and it hasn’t changed.

This restaurant took more an hour and a half to make my order. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get my order. Never ordering from this place again!
