Ordered ahead for pickup. I got the buffalo cauliflower burger with fries as a vegan option for lunch while attending a meeting at a conference center nearby with little to no vegan food.

All I can say is WOW. Best cauliflower burger I think I've ever had. Crunchy but not oily, buffalo flavour that's not too spicy, vegan mayo (!!) and an awesome bun. Sometimes the vegan option feels like a compromise but this one was really excellent. Plus, the bun...

I stopped here for a quick bite and to peek at the catering menu, and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu is a playground of classic dishes with some intriguing twists, proving they’ve got the chops to mix things up confidently. I grabbed a poke bowl, and it hit all the right notes. This place has officially made it onto our corporate gatherings catering shortlist, and I can't wait to see what else they whip up.
