Went here and we were forced to order an extra dish we didn’t want.
Our server was a man with tattoos that constantly appears in my nightmares
Food is mediocre at best and very overpriced. The spaghetti alla vongole was not seasoned properly and didn’t have garlic.
DONT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
Stopped in for a quick refresher. What an amazing spot! Great drinks, appetizers, and even got dessert. 10 min from Vancouver Airport and 5 min walk from the train
Delicious food. It gets loud in here.
Very nice place for brunch!! And great service!!
I ordered the avocado toast and my friend got the truffle mushroom pasta, both were very delicious!! Would definitely come back to try more items!
Food was served cold so we sent it back! Second time it came out hot and was delicious! Service was so bad I had to go to the bar and order our drinks!!
I got the sablefish which was pretty good but wasn’t a fan of their foie and oysters and their cocktail menu was limited. Service was mediocre. Overall I didn’t think the value is there and expected more.
We had a group of 10 and came here on June 13 for their all-you-can-eat brunch to celebrate Father’s Day. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The food was mediocre with very limited variety. As for drinks, they offered coffee, juice, and mimosas — but only the coffee was refillable. Juice and mimosa were strictly limited to one tiny glass per person, which is extremely uncommon for an all-you-can-eat setting.
To make matters worse, my daughter accidentally dropped a mini lemon tart near the dessert area. There were no napkins available nearby, so I crouched down to clean it myself. Multiple staff members walked by and not a single one offered to help. One eventually noticed and handed me two tissues, then walked away — without even asking if I needed assistance.
Finally, a staff member who was bringing out fresh desserts saw the situation. He couldn’t find any napkins either, so he quickly used the towel on his apron and helped me wipe the tart off the floor.
Their staff training clearly needs improvement, and the quality of both the food and service does not justify the price— $68 per adult and $29 per child (ages 6–12). I would not recommend this place.
Lunch menu was somewhat limited. When I walked it the restaurant, there was no one to greet me and seat me to my table. The venue had only a couple dining inside.
Food was great however service was horrible. I was a party of 2 but then a party of 12 came in & I wasn't provided any service. This was on a Wednesday night when it wasn't even busy. I had waited to order dessert but after receiving the menu no one came to my table for a good 15 mins till I asked for the bill and ended up leaving without dessert. Heard great things about this place but disappointed.
Their menu is very limited. Food in general is quite salty this time. Service is good. We are the only party at lunch.

Came here for Dine Out on a Thursday evening, and it wasn't too busy. The service was fine—nothing particularly special, but not bad either. The appetizer had good flavors but was overloaded with olives—I counted about 25, and that's after eating 10! The prime rib was a bit tough to cut, and about a fifth of it was just fat that I didn't end up eating. However, the Roadster garlic mashed potatoes on the side were absolutely delicious. For dessert, the tiramisu was on the smaller side, but it was delightful and full of flavor. Overall, I was satisfied with the food, though it didn't wow me. Maybe I'll have to come back and try the regular menu to get a better sense of what they offer.
Great atmosphere and brunch food, one of the very few that opens as early as 7am in Richmond.
I got the pork belly hash and I’ll admit it was a little heavy for breakfast, but tasted stellar. Try it out

Came here for hubby’s birthday lunch and ordered Fried Chicken and Waffles, Truffle Mushroom Pasta, and LOTS of truffle fries. Then ended our meal with a Tiramisu (which comes in a bowl!) and their Lavender Honey Vanilla gelato which was surprisingly good! Our server was attentive and friendly too! Would definitely come back!

We had the most amazing time at Bruno during the holidays. We stayed at the hotel and organized a happy hour that turned into dinner for our friends and family. The Bruno team was so accommodating, providing exceptional service. The food and drinks were delicious and we were all very impressed. Highly recommend the roasted sablefish bouillabaisse. Ambiance was great too. Thank you for a wonderful evening during a special time of the year.

Absolutely disappointing experience dining here on Christmas Eve for their buffet dinner. Their 7pm seating was full so elected to eat at 9pm, which was their third seating of their evening. The buffet selection was as advertised, but when we started to grab our first plate we noticed that most of the food was the remainders of the previous seating. Hot foods were half empty at the beginning of service and looked more like my leftovers from last night. The clam and mussels were mostly (if not all) empty shells, sable fish had to be asked to refilled EVEN AT THE BEGINNING including condiments. We also noticed that one of the workers, Asian lady with short hair, came out to refill the seafood station but was observed to have handled the food with her bare hands. Ordered a bottle of red wine for the table and it was served by a clearly inexperienced waiter. Though the bottle wasn’t overly expensive, around $100, you would expect there to be a small tasting before saying yes to the bottle. Nope, the waiter comes by, pours out 3 HUGE glasses of wine that are each different sizes, and when asked if the bottle has been decanted, the waiter looked confused as if he doesn’t understand the word and quickly replied yes. After the first tasting, it was clear that the bottle was just opened. Move along to about an hour and a half into dinner, around 10:30pm, they started clearing out the buffet and told us it was last call. I questioned that it’s a 2 hour seating, to which one of the waiters replied it’s a 90 minute seating according to the reservation, but upon closer investigation this proved to not be true. There was nowhere on their menu, nor reservation confirmation that says it was a 90 minute serving and in fact it clearly says 9-11pm. Please see pictures for reference. I went to grab the prime rib at 10:30, the guy cutting the meat was gone so they left pieces for you to grab, but the pieces were all stuck together which made me have to use the tongs to cut the communal prime rib, and the cut was more raw than the sashimi. Again, see pictures for reference. I then proceed to make my way to the dessert table, again around 10:30. They were out of the main 2 desserts, and that’s when another table and I asked for a refill. They told us that they are no longer making it as they are closing. When we arrived at 9, we saw people from the 7pm seating still eating or just leaving at 9:15-20pm yet when we sit for 90 minutes they shuffle us out. Price remains the same for both seatings, it’s not like the 9pm seating is cheaper but they give subpar food. There are some good things though. The service, though inexperienced, was very friendly, and the lack of customers made the environment more comfortable. Did not have to line up. This is my fourth time at this restaurant and it’s honestly been getting worse each time. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND and will most likely never go back.
