The food quality and taste is bad. Compared to our previous visit, the quality drops so much. We will not come back again.

Durian Sago with added durian is really good & the portion is very big! The fluffy cream toast is very tasteful & not very sweet at all. The price is reasonably & comparably cheap with quality & quantity!

Always delicious family style, friendly! No parking but pay parking on the street. We came before the crowds 👍

I enjoyed the sago coconut milk dessert. The servers are all friendly and my friend and I did not feel rushed. The only drawbacks are the humid interior and the cash only policy.

Dessert is decent. Got the papaya almond dessert which was good. Friend got the black sesame paste which has good consistency. Store was a bit humid and stuffy. Service is decent

Used to like this place, but our last visit was disappointing. We ordered 2 hot sweet soups, but both were just mildly hot when arrived. Service was not good. Don’t think I will return for a while 😔

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Very bad customer service. Yelled at us why we were sitting at the dining area as she thought we were taken out, after she realized we were dine in there was no apology from her. Also yelled at us saying we did not pay the bill, and of course we did. The food is just so so. Long wait time. No respect to the customers. They should understand if they continue to serve customers like this their business will be soon to shutdown.

Very extensive canton style dessert. Everything we ordered tasted really good. I especially love their rice balls 😋 (both black sesame and durian filling options are great). They are handmade, chewy texture, and such big size. The ladies working there are very efficient and friendly too. Will definitely go back again

Desserts portion are still reasonable for the price in vancouver.

had tried few things already, their signature paste series are quite surprisingly good! You can totally tastes freshly made by store ! Did not any of them will make me think it’s bad as a hk style dessert place.

Except when it gets busy, you might not get spot to wait at the front for your desserts takeout order, people will push you around so you need to secure your spot 😂

Overall, this place averagely has good hk style desserts and worth a visit or more to try different ones.
