We ordered a mango bubble tea (with mango puree and pearls) and taro mochi bubble waffle for take away. The mango bubble tea was great - pearls were a perfect chewy texture.However, the taro mochi bubble waffle was a complete letdown. The bubble waffle was entirely soggy when it was finally done after a 10-15 minute preparation. It is hard to believe that a store who produces such delicious drinks will allow themselves to sell a product like this. I think the product can be called taro mochi, but it definitely does not hold any bubble waffle traits. I hope the recipe can be revamped or at least a QC process should be in place to prevent a product like this to be sold. With that said, I will still return for their drinks!

This place was quite busy when we came around 8pm. Only 2 people working but they were so quick, kind and professional. I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. They called us over and said the bubble waffle they made for our order was too dark and not to their standards. They offered to refund or give us a drink as they made another one for us. Most places would just say they forgot to make it or serve it burnt! Love the honesty/transparency and holding themselves to a high standing of serving high quality products. I would be happy to come here regularly. The iced Thai tea latte was perfect level of sweetness and very creamy. The strawberry and white chocolate bubble waffle was crisp and light, not too sweet! Highly recommend

Perhaps I visited this bubble tea cafe at the wrong time. It was very noisy - a guy who was talking over 80dB on the next table… and the music was also playing loud… that made me headache.It wasn’t difficult to find this place where I was expecting to enjoy a relaxing moment with a cup of tea or coffee.Anyway, beverages here are good despite the noise really ruined the mood. The tables are not clean and seemed nobody do the tidying. We requested no ice for the bubble tea but they forgot it, even no strew for the drink.Verdict:Ambient : 4/5The bubble waffle and drinks were fine. I hope the shop keeper can rectify the issues.

Spend $33 for 3 drinks and no tray or bag to carry them. Luckily, I didn't give them tips because every time I tried out a place for the first time for takeout, I didn't tip them. If their service was good, I would tip more next time. The straw was not useful for the $14 drink because the mochi was always stuck in it. The drinks itself were not fascinating.

The staff was so helpful - it was my first visit so I had many questions ? I ended up with the Mango Cubes - it was delicious- the mango was ripe and plentiful. The servings were large! We also got the Earl Grey latte which was great.
