I ordered the pick up and was given cash. I originally had to give me 3 yuan in coins. After finding it out, the little Taiwanese waitress just kept it and refused to give it to me. She asked me if I wanted more change. Damn it, that was 3 yuan! In the end, I was semi-forced to leave a tip of more than ten percent on the pickup ticket.

The bowl is fully loaded stuff and delicious taste, enjoy eat in all Bubble Waffle.Lack of service from waitress and waiters, this is only one drawback I found.As a cafe, no fancy design, but it is clean.For a quick or nice food dining alone or with friends, here is a good option in near around location.

They have the best customer service out of all Bubble Waffle Café that I had been to. I would say the downsides are the cleanliness and the food quality, other than that this cafe is excellent.

Their services are same as last time, no greetings,no smile, no thank you,not following instructions,rushing us to takeorders and ignoring us wheneverwe try to ask for napkins, we need to use our own.2 of us had tried their....smoked duck on Ramen withtom yum kung soup--- it's not spicy, only sour, not much ingredients inside..pork jawl meat and sliced lambon flat rice noodles with mincedpork fish soup--- way too much deep fried garlic inside the soup + soup base was too salty--- they put shredded lamb,not sliced lamb--- the soup base taste different than the Richmond center branch2 ice lemon ribena--- i asked for less ice, but they gave me less drinks, only 2/3 full..---1 of them half glass of ice inside..--- it's tasteless with a lot of lemon seeds inside.. After grocery shopping my daughter and myself decided to go for snack. I ordered spicy beef with dry egg noodles and daughter had Spicy boneless chicken soup combo. Both are spicy but not super spicy. We love it!!!Parking: Easy parking its in a plaza

Had lunch the other day at one of our favorite Richmond cafes. Ordered the Hainese Chicken noodle soup and the Boneless Hainese Chicken rice dish. Both were good. Disappointing was their Blueberry slush. Completely full of ice and little blueberry syrup. Thought they use fresh fruit but was wrong. Won't be ordering that again.
Horrible place honestly they cancelled my uber eats order around 10 times in total by now. Complete outrage do not recommend

Decent food, not a lot of options on the menu. More of a cafe style menu than a proper sit down restaurant. Friendly, helpful, and overall great staff. I'd be willing to give it a go again, but would likely order something different.

They served me the bubble waffle at the same time as chicken laksa noodles in soup, by the time I finished my noodles, bubble waffle are soggy and cold,no services at all, you placed your order, after scan ther code.The cashier didn't say thank you to us, after I paid the bill with 15% tips.Washrooms are extremely dirty.
