Waiter is rude
I ordered a curry fish egg, and the waiter asked the restaurant whether to eat it or take it away?
I said I wanted to eat in the restaurant, but the waiter said with a bad attitude, "Uh... If you eat in the restaurant, you have to tip."
There are only two customers in the store. I don’t think that eating in the restaurant will hinder the operation of the store.

INSANE RIP OFF!!

The audacity that a place like this can charge $9 for the smallest portion of squid tentacles. Take your business elsewhere...not sure how this place is even still open.

Horrible food and service. Wife bought some food and ate it at one of the tables. Worker comes over and said that she cant eat at the table unless she gives them a tip! Will never come back.

The food at this snack shop is delicious, and the packaging is very hygienic and clean. The staff are friendly and take the time to carefully confirm orders with customers to avoid any mistakes.

They Kicked me out

No flavor in the two laksa noodles orders. The bubble waffles burned from over cooked.

Came here after a long day, very hungry and I am sad to say that the food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken steak and it came as very dry fried chunks, and a few pieces. It didn't look like the photo advertised, the portion size was small for the price point and it wasn't that tasty. The lady at the front counter was sweet.

Worst bubble waffle dine in experience ever. The chicken steaks were at least 2 days old. Why would I pay to eat leftovers?
The server made me pay tips before even serving my meal, is that for real?

There are so many bubble waffle locations in Richmond, don’t ever bother to come to this one. Food and service none of them are good.

Like others have said, worst bubble waffle place in the city. Lady needs to realize customers tip after the meal, if and only if,
you did a good job. It's not a given.
People pay and tip after the meal and not before. You really do see why she has to resort to coercion for tips when the food arrives. Puny portions. She laughably even added a tablespoon of canned corn in a feeble attempt at adding volume to the plate of sadness. If you paid after, nobody in their right mind would ever want to tip.

Ordered a noodle dish for dine in. The amount is about a quarter of the picture they have on the menu. Very little. Good flavor though. The bubble waffle is not fresh, been sitting in the warmer probably the while day. And you don't have a choice but to tip, the lady at front watches you the whole time you are paying. Won't come back again.

Owner is rude and not friendly. Lack customer service skills. I had ordered my meal through the app and ask if I can sit down. She says you ordered through the app means you have to take out and not sit down. Fine, it’s reasonable and thought nothing of it. I had a bubble waffle card that I can get a free waffle. I showed her to get one and she goes no more waffles. Then she looks again and see one and gives it to me. Later when I left, I found that the waffle was rock hard. I think it was left over the heat lamp for most of the day and she just wanted to get rid of it. This is the most expensive bubble waffle cafe in Richmond and the least likeable. The owner makes the atmosphere, service, and food a low rating because she is so stingy. Not coming back, I rather go farther to another bubble waffle cafe than here!
