Service is awful !!! Staff could care less about what you're doing. On my way to work wanted some burgers 3-4 staff just wondering around couldn't be bothered getting my order. So I just left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm sure they'll just call me racist because I just wanted some service before heading to work. Absolute joke.

This branch offered a really good experience. The burgers were fresh, well-made, and nicely balanced, with soft buns and good-quality ingredients. The order was prepared quickly, and the staff were polite and professional. The place was clean and well organized, and compared to other branches of this brand, this one clearly stands out. I would definitely order from this location again.

One of the particular staffs is not polite nor friendly. She has no patience and her attitude is really bad and unprofessional.
I made 2 orders tonight. One on app and one in store with a order#7 &10. For #7, I levelled it up to a half fries and half onion ring mixed in the combo. I waited in store for pick-up around 20 mins and in between I saw quite a few orders after me had got their food. By the time, I got my order the fries is wrong without the mix of onion rings. I asked the lady and she asked to wait impatiently as if I disturbed her work. After 5 mins, she just took a few onion rings and throw them in the bag which contains all the order. When I questioned her why she throw them in without pack them properly, she told me because I did not purchase a bag for those onion rings. A big surprise to me that I have to purchase a different bag for the half fries and half onion ring I ordered in a combo! 🤔😡

I knocked on every door and a window and waited nearly 10 minutes in the cold; a staff member inside heard me but ignored me. When someone finally handed me the order, the food were cold. Misleading opening hours and very poor service — I won't be returning.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at this location. I waited over 15 minutes in line before placing my order, only to be met with side-eye and attitude from the cashier. Overall, the service here was extremely poor, and this has been one of the worst Burger King locations I’ve visited.
I placed an order, and my food took 2 hours to be delivered. Then, I contacted customer service to request a refund. What they did was, they offered me $5 discount for next time. What a clown.

I always eat here with my family after my kid’s martial arts. Today there’s a not so friendly staff. I asked for ketchup and fork and spoon so I can cut my kid’s nuggets. She tossed me those, and gave me side eye. Girl I asked you nicely and said thank you. Is it hard to be polite? Or just don’t give me a side eye. Poker face is better. LOL
