Avoid this place at all costs, called and made a complaint about the quality of an order made in drive thru, burger was literally crushed with toppings missing. Paying $15 for a poorly made burger then getting laughed at by the manager named Kelly when bringing this up to her on the phone. After asking for her name to file a complaint, she ended up laughing again and said go ahead like she couldn’t care less. Top notch customer service.You’d think that a location that’s been closed down multiple times over the past years due to health violations that’s publicly on the news would atleast learn to train their workers better let alone the manager. Should have read all of the negative reviews and the news articles about this location before coming. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The restaurant was not busy. Only one other customer that was dining in. But every table had crumbs on it. Obviously not wiped off. Not cleaned. Lazy staff? Staff doesn't care? Either way, pretty, pretty poor.
Got off the plane craving fast food for the family at 1 am yesterday and was so disappointed in this BK. The food was microwaved to the point that the chicken was as hard as a puck. Within 45 minutes my 4 year old had explosive diarrhea. Tried calling but went to voicemail with a full box so couldn’t leave a message. Because we had a long drive to get home I couldn’t turn around to ask for a refund. BK use to be good but now it is shameful they still operate!

Burgers were dry just warm but better than McD's stuff.My return after they close for renovationsstill got dry over cooked burgers.Two whooper now $9.00 or one for $7.50.Earlier this year two whoopers for $7.00I do not recommend this location.
