Wow. This was my first time eating at this location. The staff is very friendly and approachable. My order was done spectacularly. The attention to care and quality is there. I must say that this will be my favourite bk location now. The one on Sea island way off Bridgeport is always a disaster. There’s always something wrong there.
It’s also convenient that Walmart is next door and winners is across the street.

This was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a burger through Uber Eats and what I got was a disgusting mess—like something thrown together from leftovers. The patty and bun were stuck together, completely soggy, and the sauce was all wrong. There was no tomato, no lettuce—just a sad excuse for a burger. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all. Every single time I’ve ordered from this place, the quality has been awful. The staff clearly have no standards. Never ordering from here again.

The behaviour of associate was very disappointing , she tried to explain ignore the customer and her tone was very disrespectful, one should know how to speak to customer. These kinda associate should not be hired or they are not well trained

😥 sandwich was soggy , the staff was slow but they seemed a big short staffed , atmosphere cleaner and better than McDonald’s the fries no salt ? what happened ? not really worth the cost if paying more nowadays

Beware this place charges you extra without letting you know. I was asked if I wanted cheese with my burger, without telling me the cheese was for extra charge. The same went for extra pickles, I was never charged extra for pickles at any other place, and I honestly don’t have a problem with being charged extra here if that’s the case. But, the lady also didn’t tell me the pickles were for extra charge, I only noticed on my receipt after I paid.(receipt shown is a different one since I asked for a refund) Anyways, I think it is unacceptable to charge customers without informing them.
