The behaviour of associate was very disappointing , she tried to explain ignore the customer and her tone was very disrespectful, one should know how to speak to customer. These kinda associate should not be hired or they are not well trained

😥 sandwich was soggy , the staff was slow but they seemed a big short staffed , atmosphere cleaner and better than McDonald’s the fries no salt ? what happened ? not really worth the cost if paying more nowadays

Beware this place charges you extra without letting you know. I was asked if I wanted cheese with my burger, without telling me the cheese was for extra charge. The same went for extra pickles, I was never charged extra for pickles at any other place, and I honestly don’t have a problem with being charged extra here if that’s the case. But, the lady also didn’t tell me the pickles were for extra charge, I only noticed on my receipt after I paid.(receipt shown is a different one since I asked for a refund) Anyways, I think it is unacceptable to charge customers without informing them.

Staff is so nice and polite with helpful nature, Always looking forward for customers and providing best quality food. Specially that girl believe so supervisor; working with just one staff member they were providing food fast and tasty Must visit This place 😊😊😊😊 not to mention store was cleaned.

Since when did fast food restaurants become slow food! It took them 20 mins to get me a french toast sticks. If you’re coming here make sure you have all the time in the world because the service is slow as heck!

The employees at this location are always very pleasant and hard working. The food is always prepared promptly and is consistent. Most importantly, the environment is kept clean. I recall one time we started to clean a stable ourselves with some napkins, when.a staff member noticed and came to clean it for us immediately.
