We love going to Cafe de A. Very friendly staff, good food and decent prices. Wish there was a Cafe de A closer to us.

Really good restaurant. Staff was friendly and quick, the owner was all smiles. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Not too pricy, lits of parking out front. Thanks for a great lunch.

Went with family to look for a late dinner and found this place to be a decent Asian place to dine.

Price of meal was reasonable and the food was pretty good for its value.

Service was pretty standard for an Asian establishment so solid 4.

Atmosphere was pretty good with nice seating and lighting. Clean washrooms too.

A solid 4 all around. Will visit again.

Absurd. Terrible food. BBq pork and shrimp fried rice had sliced ham in it. Beef chow mein came in separate container from the noodles which were bone dry. A large wonton soup had 6 pieces of wonton. Very expensive for crappy food.

I tried this restaurant after rush hour (just after 1pm) today when there weren't many diners and ordered two BBQ on rice ($20.95). First, I waited at least 20 mins after ordered and that is after I asked why it's taking so long. They probably just forgot about it completely. Second, the BBQ came cold as if they were taken straight out of the fridge. the BBQ sauce came in a plastic on top of the BBQ...is this MacDonald's? I don't see myself going back again even though my office is just behind Ironwood Mall.

I used to go to Danny's Wun Tun all the time for takeout BBQ pork on rice before I moved away. Came back for an event and thought I'd stop by, only to find that it was a new restaurant! I was worried that it was another big loss for Richmond family restaurants but decided to check and see if it was just a rebrand. It had indeed changed hands, but they kept the BBQ takeout counter, and had a refreshingly familiar vibe. I'm sure the old owners are resting easy knowing that their beloved business and it's regular customers are in good hands!

I got the BBQ pork on rice, and the steamed rice was jazzed up a bit, but otherwise it was VERY reminiscent of the legendary Danny's BBQ. Might be the same recipe, I'm not totally sure. The staff (owner maybe?) hooked me up with some of the coveted crispy ends and drizzled extra sauce at my request. It was delicious and I felt like I was being treated with the same love and appreciation that only a family owned restaurant can provide. Sad to be missing the familiar faces, but very thankful that the torch was passed on and not snuffed out.

Thanks for that.

Since their happy hour sets are good value, one would never think their single order cold lemon tea is half the meal price!
$4.75 for a small tea and 2 slices lemon??
How do they sleep at night?
I bought their bbq pork during grand opening, was not worth the price either.

Don't bother when you are coming alone when they are busy, they keep on giving tables away to parties with more people. Stay away, obviously they care about money more than anything, I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere. Wish it was still Danny's, they knew service, not like this place.

This is first time I come to this cafe with my BF to have lunch. The roast pig skin not crispy enough and soy sauce chicken tastes ok.
