I had the double cheeseburger with the meat replaced with crispy chicken and was very satisfied with my order. If I could give a small criticism, it would be nice to have all the toppings that don't cost extra (lettuce, onions, tomatoes, ketchup, etc) in an easy to read location. However, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good sandwich.
The meat was chewy and the sauce relies heavily on mustard, in fact it was hard to taste anything else. I think they do use good ingredients but it’s just not very well prepared and the prices are a bit high. The only upside was the large portion, a single sandwich knocks you out, guaranteed.Edit: To the owner’s reply, I can only remember that it was the American with beef, don’t remember which one. Sorry.
Discovered here’s a white food truck just outside of Waves Café! I tried hotdog #6 - The Texas Sandwich, with one free drinks aside! Their bread is nice after grill! A bit crispy on the edge, except sausage, there are grilled cheese(really fresh and totally melted one), bacon with BBQ sauce. The owner is super friendly and i will definitely come back again! :)
This place has a very diverse and highly customizable menu, but the service is what won me over. The lady who served me was very eager to impress and genuinely wants her customers to have a good experience. My meal was delicous and I got free guacamole, so I will definitely be back!
Amazing service every time. The food is always delicious!
Great burger. I got the Americano one, and loved the bun and the beef. I think I will ask for less mayo next time, but enjoyed it. The meat is sliced, so it's messy to eat. I kept it in it's wrapping to make less of a mess. Their churros are crispy on the outside, soft inside texture, and covered in brown sugar. I will come back to try their other items.
They guy charged me more then 30% more then what was on the sign and the food was garbage. It was a waste of money
This is a five star for Richmond's street food scene. You can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into the food. Very nice man. All ingredients were very real and high quality and fresh. The establishment may just be a trailer from the outside but the food is equivalent to a restaurant style BBQ sandwich similar in caliber to Rudy's BBQ in Texas. Worth trying and supporting Richmond's food truck community scene. Sandwiches come with a drink included too.

Fantastic food and the fellow who runs the place is super friendly. Hot dogs and meat sandwiches with a twist. These are not your typical downtown hot dog cart meals. Super impressed with the owner, his customer service is great. Grabbed a Texas lamb sandwich and a coke, planned to eat it at work but ate it walking down the street instead cause it smelled so good. Will definitely come again.

Great food, good coffee, and the owner is very friendly. Website allows for online order and pickup. The owner does everything himself with the help of his wife. They recently opened on Dec 26th and I hope more people come visit and support them. Definitely worth a visit. I work nearby and my coworkers go all the time. Sometimes more than once a day. Highly recommended.
was pretty hungry and decided to try this food truck out. Ordered beef with cheese and it was amazing. Owner was very friendly as well, 100% would recommend
