This place was great. Classy chill vibe. Live music ( it was a Thursday ). Not too loud could have a conversation. Our server Shirley was super cheerful and friendly.

We were excited to try this place - the ambiance and live music were fantastic.
The cocktails were really nice - and definitely the highlight of the meal.
Unfortunately the food fell really flat for us. It felt like it should be really good, but it came out unrefined. The steak was a little over cooked and tough, the yakitori skewers were tiny and low on flavour and the hot spring rolls had cold unmelted cheese in the middle.
Overall, too highly priced for unrefined food - and the service was kind of odd - example, we received our “entrees” before the appetizers we ordered.

It's a pretty fancy place. We enjoyed a group dinner here and they have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks (and some non-alcoholic). There are some food too, but it's a place for drinks.
The drinks are on the pricey side, but the atmosphere is very good, and it's quiet and easy to talk.
They open right on time at 6pm, so you have to wait if you're early. And the entrance isn't very obvious as it's a set of double doors with the name on top.

The environment is great especially the magic show sessions. Love it
Cask Whisky Vault is truly one of the most underrated spots in town. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a cozy, well-decorated space with just the right lighting and ambient music—never too loud, always tasteful.
Their whisky selection is incredible—rare, premium bottles at surprisingly reasonable prices. The cocktails? Easily the best in town. Every drink is thoughtfully crafted, from the visual presentation to the aroma and taste. You can tell the bartenders here are true artists.
The food is another highlight—bold and pungent in flavor, clearly designed to pair with whisky and cocktails. On its own, some dishes may come off as a bit salty or rich, but once you sip your drink alongside, everything balances out beautifully.
To top it all off, the service is warm and genuine. Our waitress was attentive and friendly without ever being intrusive. Whether you're a whisky connoisseur or just want a unique dining experience, Cask is a must-visit. Hidden gem status confirmed.

RiRi was absolutely amazing! She got our entire order 100% correct, checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, and was super friendly the whole way through. Her service really made the experience enjoyable — we’d come back just because of her. Thanks, RiRi!

Parents came in from out of town. Online reservation booked for 8:30pm, clearly stated to celebrate a birthday. A/C was weak, it was pretty warm. It was a busy night, waited awhile for the server to come take our order. I had to really flag her down. Food pricing high for the portion of food provided & tasted average. Server came at 9:40pm to say they needed the table back for a 10pm reservation. At that point, we really only had an hour or less to eat. OpenTable clearly stated a 2hr seating. Unjustified as the table beside us were there longer than us. My senior parents weren’t finished yet & my mom’s birthday was ignored. Completely left a bad taste in my mouth. They were going for a Fine dining atmosphere at a boutique hotel with fine dining prices, but completely lacked in customer service. Nowadays, aren’t customer service everything? Service at Bruno (another restaurant at the same hotel) was way better. Unsatisfactory to say the least. Cactus Club would have been 100x better on any given day.

The décor of the place is quite nice, featuring a charming retro style that creates a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. One of the highlights is their extensive and thoughtfully arranged display of whiskies from various countries, which is both impressive and inviting for whisky enthusiasts. I would highly recommend trying their whisky flight, as it offers a great opportunity to sample and compare different varieties. Unfortunately, when it comes to the food, it was rather average and didn’t leave much of an impression. The service was also just so-so — nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either.

Super fun spot, kind of hard to find from the outside since there's no signs or anything, just trust maps and go through the door near where maps tells you to, go right and it's there. Great cocktails, really fun atmosphere and damned good whiskey selection. No Coal Ila or Red Breast 28 but no body has everything ♡
Riri was great good experience she created a great atmosphere
Riri was the best server i have had in a while shes an amazing girl and served us and taught us us all about whiskey it was a great experience
Eric and the rest of the service team took really good care of us. Came here with a group of 7 just to check out the bar after getting dinner and were blown away. They were extremely busy with only one bartender but were super honest about the time drinks would take. Very welcoming, incredible service, and delicious snacks. Can’t wait to book one of the private rooms for our next group event.
