Taste, presentation, portion, cocktails, whiskey flights, desserts, live music, service, atmosphere... everything are top-notch. Been coming back again and again for the cocktails and desserts? All the waitresses/waiters were super friendly and gave warm welcomes too?

We haven't tried anything at this place. We had a late flight to Vancouver and were looking for a place serving late. Google showed this place open until 3 am on Saturday night. However, when we arrived at 12:10 am, the host told us they were only open until 1 am and that last call was at 12, so they didn't let us in. It was a huge disappointment.Message ChatGPT…ChatGPT can

We had a ladies night out there; the atmosphere was sophisticated and cozy. The cocktails were delicious! It was the right balance of alcohol with fruit and floral notes. We were impressed by our drinks. The food was decent and tasty. We tried the tuna tartare. Oh boy, were they fresh! The tuna chunks were satiating and super without the least hint of fishiness. We had to get seconds! The longginisa sliders were great with the cocktails and still tasty on its own. Our server was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly and easy to chat with. It was an excellent evening.

Delicious food, tasty drinks, and immaculate atmosphere. I've had the pleasure to dine at Cask twice now, including recently when I hosted a large birthday event here. The staff and food contributed to an excellent experience and I will definitely be back!

2024 Dine Out Vancouver menu - worth the price for the food quality & portion, overall is good except the beef short rib is a bit "well done" and dry. Our server is friendly and attentive with good recommendation for drinks.

Their phone etiquette is REALLY BAD. They don't pick up your call even when you call 2-3 times in 1hr intervals throughout the week, or when you leave a voice message. Do not bother calling them. Aka, don't go to try them.

Was excited to try Cask Whiskey Vault for Dine Out Vancouver, but it ended up being quite a disappointing experience. Cons: With the exception of the truffle chicken karaage and the okonomiyaki potato, the food was subpar at best. The beef “short ribs” tasted like dried out roast beef with some bbq sauce. Definitely didn’t resemble short ribs in the least. The shellfish udon had a nice yuzu flavour, however the shellfish was NOT fresh (couldn’t eat the mussels). Pros: the atmosphere has a nice cozy vibe, and our server was friendly and attentive when not busy.

3.5 star. Food quantity is substantial however, quality is only passable (not thst it’s bad). If looking for value for the money in casual dining , then may be worth it due to substantial quantity provided for the money

I entertained friends here on their stopover between flights, and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. They accommodated a last minute change in our reservation, and gave us a comfy booth in the corner. Sarah made us feel right at home, and had good answers for all my whisky snob questions. The room was comfy, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. Especially the penicillin, easily the best I've had anywhere. I also appreciated the Motown radio they had on.

Chef William has done it again! Amazing meal that was perfectly matched with the perfect whiskey and complimented by the fantastic service. The vault room was the perfect setting for our private dinner.

I am not much of a whiskey drinker, but I was staying at the hotel next door and came in late for a glass of wine. I did not know that I was going to have to walk outside in the rain to get there, but I was welcomed at the bar, even looking tired and wet. It was late and I was not looking for food, but I was delighted to see a sparkling cuvee on the wine list. I love bubbles. The bartender was friendly and they kept me occupied long enough for the rain to subside and I could walk back. This is kind of an industrial area, from what I can tell, so it was nice to have a nice place to stop and enjoy a drink.

Came here for a private event. The event staff were amazing and lovely. Food was delicious. Can't wait to try more off their regular menu. I have my eye on the bone marrow.
