There IS a reason for all the poor reviews. This place has NO IDEA of what good food is! Bad service, bad atmosphere. This place looks like it was designed in the 70's. Everything is so OLD. The naans are awefull, all the dishes are not fresh and just reheated from the freezer. All the Indian sweets are STALE as NOONE shops here.How they stay in business is amazing? Who eats here? I guess only those that have no idea what real Indian food tastes like!

Food is stale and old. Samosas are frozen and then reheated the next day. All the sweets taste bad. Top that with bad customer service. Avoid this place if you don't want to get sick. Plenty of other good Indian places in Richmond now. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Two stars only because of the samosas and because they were fresh and hot. The staff was not letting us sit and eat like a dine in. They didn't give us free sause and charged $2.

Horrible customer service, once we had waited 45mins with no service they asked us to stay and they would do there best to serve us.. but at that point they had shown what there service was like.....
