We were very excited to order the very mango slush (given the advertisement). What we got, however, was disappointing. I think the staff may have also keyed in the wrong order (just "mango slush", rather than "very mango slush").There was no mango flavour, just mango colour. Compared to other bubble tea places, this was the most unpleasant experience when it came to a mango drink. :(

Friendly and efficient staff, quality of drinks were as expected. Try the seasonal campaigns and/or promotions if you like trying new things. Good spot to get some Bubble Tea. Quick, Simple, and Tasty.

I am Enough

This is a complaint. On January 12th, I called to place a phone order for the special Thai milk tea, aiming to order 8 due to a promotion. The so-called "manager" informed me the maximum was 4, to which I agreed and instructed her to proceed. However, I mentioned I wouldn't be there for 15 minutes (due to loading 5 small kids in the car), so not to make it yet. Within 2 minutes, I called back to cancel, but she insisted the drink was already made. I questioned why, as I had informed her of the 15-minute delay. She explained they make it right away if there are no toppings and put it in the fridge. I informed her I couldn't make it anymore due to my kids throwing a tantrum. She replied, "OK, then I have your phone number," as if threatening to blacklist me, otherwise whats the point of this statement? The situation could have been simple but she added that sentence. When I asked for her name, she refused and displayed extreme rudeness and hostility. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Shame on the manager at Chatime Richmond Center. The owner needs to listen to the call and take appropriate action. With today's bubble tea shops competition, you will lose lots of businesses with this kind of attitude. Wake up miss "manager lady", I wish you get what you deserve my dear.

As I approached the location I placed an order for two drinks in person because their app couldn't find my location. When I went to scan my membership I was informed that I have the American app and not the Canadian version, which is difficult to differentiate between the two as well as their is no indication on the app store. Once I had downloaded and logged into the Canadian version, the app was not loading. I asked the employees for troubleshooting support and they stated that "I'm not sure why it's not working it was working earlier today." And before I could make the decision to complete my order the two drinks were already made and I felt guilty not buying them; keep in mind bubble tea is not inexpensive ($17 to be exact) and the coupon as I had downloaded on the app not to long ago stated that 1st order was 50% off so as you can imagine I was quite disappointed as I had not expected to spend that much and the employees were not much help.

All 5 stars for the new Mango Smoothie/ Slush (Mango Mania) drink. Mango bits in between gives a refreshing taste. Ordered 100% sugar, it was very sweet so lesser sugar % would be more ideal. Must try flavour during this holiday season. Staff was friendly with happy smiles.

Got two drinks and dropped one of my straws on the floor after leaving. Went back to ask for an extra one and the cashier said their boss doesn’t allow them to give any extra straws. I asked them if they can make an exception because I dropped my straw on the ground and they said no. So how was I supposed to drink it? This was a terrible customer experience.

Ordered the Kit Kat milk tea with pudding. 30% sugar was right as some sips didn't have any kit kat or pudding. My personal preference is that they would dice up the pudding for me beforehand so I could drink more easily ? but that's just me wishing for perfection. It was a yummy drink, would def over it again.

My boba-love dates back over a decade ago when I first discovered Chatime in Asia. That was quickly followed when they opened their very first franchise location in Canada, in Toronto.Now BBT is mainstream and there seems to be a chatime at every other block. Been to many; some are good, some not so. At this location, it’s one of the best!Customer service is fantastic. The lady at the till was super bubbly (pun intended). She’s also the fastest BBT maker I’ve ever seen!Pearls made perfectly. Soft and chewy! I picked up a few moon cakes to celebrate mid-autumn fest. While a bit on the pricier side, it was delicious.Need your boba-fix? Highly recommend this place.

This chatime was extremely clean, had super friendly employees, and was overall a great environment. Would totally recommend the Chatime milk tea. I will definitely be coming back to this location again!
