Update: Down from 5 stars. They used to be very good. But today my drink is too sweet that it's over the regular sweetness when I asked for half sugar. My friend said the same thing about hers. And I can taste the strong milk powder taste in it. Hope they can focus on their quality more.

Honestly, they have gotten my order wrong a few times and it has pissed me off a bit but in the end it doesn't matter much.
They are so nice and I hate those reviews that bloat it like they will die if their milk tea has more sugar than they ordered.
Personally the drinks are bomb and I love the overall aesthetic and vibe, like a cafe of sorts.
The service is great and the workers were lovely every time I went.

When i was ordering, the three workers was having a conversation and completely ignoring me standing in the front waiting to order, took them a solid 3 mins to actually come up to me, horrible service. Also waited over 15 minutes for my order with 3 people working and didn’t even call out the order when finished so i just sat there.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve given this Chatime on Blundell way too many chances — three drinks in two weeks! I tried the Golden Lily Oolong Milk Tea, Matcha Roasted Milk Tea, and Taro Smoothie, and every single one tasted like melted ice water pretending to be bubble tea. Not a hint of real tea flavour — just sad, watered-down sweetness with the personality of a puddle.
At this point, I’m convinced their “tea” is in witness protection because it’s nowhere to be found. Save your money and your taste buds — there are plenty of bubble tea shops nearby that actually know what tea is supposed to taste like.

Absolutely disgusting. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years. I used to live in Richmond and I’ve always trusted their drinks. But today was a complete nightmare.
On my way to pick up my parents, I decided to stop by for a drink like I’ve done countless times before. To my absolute horror, I discovered a dead fly in my mouth and even worse, I bit into it before realizing. The shock and disgust I felt in that moment is hard to put into words. It completely ruined my day and turned my stomach.
This is beyond unacceptable. It’s not just gross it’s a serious health hazard and reflects an alarming lack of hygiene and food safety at this location. I expected better from a brand I’ve supported for years.
