this place is truly fantastic. the roasted milk tea, brown sugar fresh milk, and signature milk tea are all very delicious and enjoyable. no complaints. this place is always consistent. 100 precent recommend!

The cup was broken and all the milk tea leaked out. The way they handled it was terrible. They were trying to cover another cup. There was no more milk tea. I don’t want to go there anymore. It’s happened more than once.

Am I off my rocker or did the size of a regular Chatime bubbletea drastically reduced in size while price went up? I know I know, inflation, costs of goods and services have gone up and continue to go up, BUT the size of a regular SHRANK down to this measly size of a coffee mug!Ordered a passionfruit tea with pearls and less ice less sugar. Item came out to $6.93 which was fine. Tasted alright, pearls were squishy per usual.The storefront itself was incredibly muggy and humid evidenced by the condensation on the windows. We didn't stay long because of that.Chatime Bubbletea was already expensive, but with the size diminishment I will not be returning.Parking: Parking is fair. Plenty of parking further away from storefronts. Visited later in the evening but the parking near the store was semi-full as there was a 24hr gym above on the 2nd floor.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door had a handicap button to the left of the frame to assist with the opening of door.

It's a pretty nice looking bubbletea place with lots of seating. Nice and quick staff.We went there today, and the staff was so welcoming, unlike some other bubble tea stores. The owner was so friendly. Im excited for their new renovation starting on June 23! Definitely will go again! Best of luck with their renovation.

Unfortunately, the bubble tea place has taken a downward turn over time. The once enjoyable experience has been marred by a noticeable decline in the quality of their drinks. It's disappointing to see that the drinks have lost their taste. Given this change, I wouldn't recommend visiting this place for bubble tea anymore.

I love the Brown Sugar Pearl Oat Milk there The milk foam is unique and absolutely tasty. And I can really enjoy my time there since they offer a bunch of clean tables and chairs.Vegetarian options: Not completely dairy free

ill keep this short, i’ve been coming here for years and all the cashiers have only ever been polite…so i don’t don’t know what this girl’s problem was today, but she was pretty condescending when she was attempting to explain why i couldn’t have a cup of water for my dog. Also personally, i don’t appreciate when a cashier or server rolls their eyes at us, pretty rude, so thumbs down for her

Awesome. The two young guys working tonight (Sunday, April 16) took customer service up a notch. I was walking my two woofers but the Lychee Juice with Coconut Jelly poster caught my eye. I asked from the open door how much the juice was, they politely looked it up for me followed by taking my order from the door, one of them even came to the door to accept my cash payment as well as bring me back my change. He later brought me my beverage when it was ready.And the bevy was also quite refreshing.
