Th beef noodles were authentic Taiwanese style with al dente pasta (definitely order the thick noodles) and the beef broth is very flavorful. Some of the side dishes such as the pig ear and jellyfish were superb. The dumplings were oddly shaped but decent.

Food was good, but the server ripped the credit machine away from me when I chose to tip anything less than 15% and demand anything less than that was unacceptable. Tipping doesn't seem to be optimal at this

The grand combination of beef noodle soup is excellent!! There are many different kinds of meat inside. It’s a good deal since the promotion price is only $25 (The original price is $32).

Came by with a friend on a Saturday evening around 7pm. There were still plenty of tables so we were able to be seated immediately. We had a really delicious meal overall! I ordered their specialty braised beef noodle soup. The broth was so fragrant (and authentic! you know as soon as you drink the first sip if the broth is really Taiwanese beef noodle soup or not haha). Noodles were thick and chewy - so yummy :) The beef was a bit on the tougher side (somewhat spongey and hard to chew) but the flavour was not bad (just not that tender imo). There was also fatty beef in my soup, which was a bit strange because I feel like it's not usually found in Taiwanese beef noodle soups. But, it was unexpectedly tasty, and honestly I might have to try to include this in the future now LOL We also got the boiled gaoli cabbage to share.. and it was literally just boiled? Idk if this was my fault for not taking the menu at face value. I love gaoli cabbage but was not a fan of this dish; it wasn't very flavourful and I didn't feel like the sauce they put on top really paired well with the cabbage. I just ended up dumping it all in the beef broth, and it was much better that way :P All in all a very tasty meal - filling, authentic, and not too expensive either. Would love to come back - the menu looked like there were so many delicious options to choose for next time!

The kids were intrigued with the moving fake noodle display in front of the restaurant and claims of award winning noodles; so we came in for a try. I ordered their Champion Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. The soup had a herby medicinal taste to it that I'm not a fan of. The brisket that came with the noodles was a THICK piece of meat and very chewy; I had to leave almost 1/2 uneaten as I could not chew through the meat. I would not recommend. For almost $20, the noodle portion was also quite small. Our party had ordered noodles and sides but ended up having to fill up at the food court afterwards still. On the plus side, the Matcha Shaved Ice with Red Bean was fairly good. And they had a BOGO free Chatime Roasted Milk Tea promo when we went.

Been here many many years ago and never came back. Why? I'm not sure myself. It still serves the same goodness as far as I can remember. Beef soup is rich and hearty, the deep smell of star anise and tender beef shank and tendons spells authentic Taiwanese food. It's definitely a place to come when the tummy needs comfort during cold winter nights.

Flew from New York and this was one of the closest places by the hotel where I was staying at. I was craving soup noodles so this place caught my eye. Went like an hour before their closing time and ordered the A1, A2 and the green onion pancakes. The soup noodles were very good. Hot and flavorful broth and chewy, bouncy noodles, but not the best. The green onion pancake, skip it. It was doughy and undercooked, not crispy or tasty at all. The place is nicely decorated and the service is fast. I would recommend for the noodles, if you are really craving Taiwanese beef noodles, but that's it.

One of my fav places to eat. Very affordable. Lovely chewy noodles. You do not need to be able to speak English. You mark your order on paper.

Noodles and braised beef shank were good but the soup lacks any sort of flavour or depth. The soup tasted like a soup base mix and was very salty. I suspect they use a soup mix to save on costs.

we had the first and third options of the menu (beef brisket clear soup and award winning beef shank tendon and tripe). The food was delicious, but yet I can't make me think of Taiwan or hk where I had some of the most tasty beef noodles. There was a BOGO promo of milk tea with pudding, tasted quite good as wellHowever regarding the service, I would say it was rather disappointing on how they manage the dining time of each table. We arrived there at around 1345, however we were kinda forced to pay the bill at 1417 while we have finished our noodle but chatting and enjoying our drinks. The restaurant was 90% empty and we do not understand why they have to rush for that. The food is expensive and not worth if we are required to finish them in a fast food speed...

Food is delicious! But same as others in the review section, at least 12% tips is mandatory.
