Cash only, waited for 1 hour to get seated and 1 hour for food, not worth my time. Worse than visiting ER
For context: we are brown people. We went there to inquire if we can get take out without the long wait time. However, we stood at the entrance without anyone even looking at us for quite a long time. One of the servers came our way but ignored us completely to serve someone behind us. We were surprised that they completely ignored us like that and went over to the counter/reception to talk to another server and that server did the same exact thing (completely ignored us while we were standing right in front of her). After several incidents like that, one server finally talked to us only to realize that they were being racist to us. I cannot believe that even in 2025, in Canada, you are just allowed to treat somebody like that so openly. I did not feel welcomed or respected there, hence never going back. We then found Mala Stir Fried Pot near there, which is a family owned small restaurant and turned out to be far better than this racist place.

Waited two hours for a table when the waiter quoted an hour wait on Monday night. . Not because its particularly busy, but the kitchen is insanely slow at prepping food thats easy to cook. There are tables waiting for food for over an hour. there is something seriously wrong with the logistics and service here.

We’ve already waited an hour for a table, and we’re told we’ll have to wait another hour for the hot pot to be served. I have no idea what the kitchen is doing, does a hot pot really take that long to make? Is this even necessary for hunger marketing?
Good food

Very very delicious, worth the 1-2 hour wait. The waiting area has gaming PCs and PS4s with multiple game disks, and they keep you busy while you wait.

One of the best for dry pots. I tried the place a few times when I was living in Richmond, but only take aways. So this is my first time dining in. As always, the food is just great, and the servers are very friendly.
Pay attention to the Spicy level. If you have not been there before I strongly recommend starting with light spicy. In other standards, this is very spicy.
One note to the management Since the food takes some time to make, which is understandable. I strongly recommend adding 3 to 4 starter plates on the menu. Something very simple like Chinese salad or Chinese pickles. This will have people consume more instead of waiting for the food.

The restaurant has the typical atmosphere of a Chinese eatery, but the food is excellent, and we will definitely come back again. The menu is in Chinese, which was a bit challenging for us, but the staff were attentive in recommending dishes and provided great service. We didn’t have a reservation and had to wait about 40min - 1hour, but it was worth it for this meal. However, we wouldn’t recommend it for those who can’t handle spicy food, as the dishes are quite flavorful and spicy.

We arrived around 5:30 PM and got lucky—no wait, and we were seated right away. Ordering was easy through a QR code system.
We had the dry pan chicken, which was absolutely delicious—mildly spicy and full of authentic flavor. We also tried the mung bean ice slush, which was perfectly sweetened and refreshing.
The only downside was that the quail eggs and some of the vegetables lacked seasoning—they tasted quite bland compared to the flavorful chicken.
Overall, it was a good experience with tasty dishes, but there’s still some room for improvement.

Waited two hours to eat here—and honestly, totally worth it. My friend says she’s been coming since her university days, and I’m just now finding out about this place? What the hell! It’s a dry mix of spicy noodles, meats, and whatever toppings you want. The meat is real off the bone! The flavors are out of this world. I seriously can’t wait to go back
