Was walking by and decided to stop in for a Friday evening dinner. I had the $22 flatiron steak and fries special and my partner had the fish and chips. Steak was delicious and cooked well but needed a touch more salt. The truffle fries were excellent and crispy. The best part of the dish was the peppercorn steak sauce. I need a vat of that. Fish and chips were good but the fish was a bit crushed up on the inside. Wish that they had pop options to drink and i agree with the other...

From Prince George. Googled restaurants with soup nearby. Chef’s Playground came up. BEST mushroom soup EVER. Also had smoked salmon Benny. FANTASTIC! House made ketchup with crispy potatoes and sweet salad! All was AMAZING! Will absolutely be back!

Love the truffle briskets benny. The steak and eggs definitely very good value item on their menu. They even made the ketchup in house. Will come back to try their happy hour and their new Sunday funday menu. 😋
