Ordered take out from Fantuan for Xmas dinner. I ordered at 4pm and estimated pick up time was 4:15 and soon changed to 4:29. I arrived that at 4:20 the only staff there told me they haven’t started preparing at all. At 4:35 I asked again the lady told me I should wait since the dine in customers have priority. I then asked why the pickup time on my app is 4:29 the staff told me that’s non of her business then she said “YOU SHOULD BE APPRECIATED, I COULD MARK YOUR ORDER AS COMPLETED AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR FOOD!” I was shocked by what she said and try to contact Fantuan for a refund. Unfortunately no one answered me. I finally got my food at around 4:50, which is a 20mins late. I felt like I was begging for food from that lady. Thank you Chengdu Spice Restaurant you ruined my Christmas! Horrible experience with unprofessional staff( a lady). Not recommended at all.
