Chipotle Mexican Grill

We visited yesterday and were really disappointed with our experience. Chipotle used to be an amazing place — portions were proper, and the staff were always friendly in the past.

However, this time the order was completely off. I understand that when it’s busy, mistakes can happen — maybe a missing sauce or topping — but when we called to let the store know, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.

It’s unfortunate because this used to be one of our favorite spots. I really hope management looks into this, as we’d love to come back, but experiences like this make it hard to do so.

They put salsa on right away when I didn't want it on mine. Then all they did was try and hand pick it off while still leaving on there. I can't have tomatoes, they should have remade. Just wasted almost 20$ for something I won't even eat. A good place would have remade it if they messed.

Apart from that experience, it's usually pretty messy in there. Tables always have food on them and it's nasty.

Convient location is the only good thing.

This place keeps cutting corners！！！ No matter how many times I order, the protein portion is always missing or reduced, especially for pickup orders. Even when paying double, you never get a full portion — it’s always noticeably less than other restaurants. Feels like they’re doing it on purpose.

Muskaan and Navjot always make me feel welcome and appreciated it. Always have a smile on their faces and always meet my expectations for food quality.

Horrible. Walked in and 5 employees not doing anything and just speaking to each other in Punjab. Didn't care at all even though the whole place only had 1 customer. Very strange vibe to this place. I have been to other Chipotles and this location is not worth returning.

I have heard this location offers smaller portion, so I ordered several items in EXTRA. But still, it is not even a full bowl. Very disappointed

I’ve only been to Chipotle’s twice and both experiences weren’t good. Starting with the preparation of the burritos. It’s not a race. Slow down! I barely had time to think. We ordered two burritos. He asked what kind of rice? We said white for both and he put both kinds of rice on. They are more interested in breaking the record on speed than making a good burrito.
The worst part of the experience was the restaurant itself. It was disgustingly dirty. The floor had food all over it. Every table was dirty. We sat at the bar by the window and the whole table was covered in bits of food. The floor had food scraps all over it. The carpet by the pop machine looked like it had never been cleaned. There was garbage on the counter beside the pop machine.
Even worse, there was an employee sitting there on her break, sitting right beside the disgusting mess and I would have thought she’d clean the tables and maybe sweep when she was done but she didn’t. She grabbed the garbage from the counter but then went back to making the food.
As I was leaving I told one of the employees that the restaurant needed to be cleaned and he just nodded, saying he would take care of it.
I saw a couple looking for a clean table and they ended up just leaving.
Last time for me.
And I’ll add that when you give the restaurant a bad review, you an auto generated response to click on a link to the manager. The problem is that the link is an American site and doesn’t let you choose a Canadian restaurant. Not that it would do any good anyway, as I can see this place has other complaints about cleanliness

This place is so dirtyyyy. I used to go to Chipotle on broadway location. It’s always so nice , everything is well organized and clean. I was shocked when I see the dirty tables and floor. It’s nasty.

I love Chipotle and mainly because the food taste great and they serve a bigger portion that I usually have leftovers for another meal. I normally go to the West Broadway location.
Today, my family and I went to the Richmond location. I brought them with me since they have not tried it yet.
This location IS DISAPPOINTING. Serving was VERY SMALL. even from my husband who hasn't been to any, he commented it was small! and when you try to ask for something, the lady server gave you an attitude to a point where I was scared to say what I wanted because of how she rolled her eyes. I never had a problem with the other branch. I should have looked at the reviews before coming. Not coming back to this location.

Worst portion sizes out of any Chipotle! i wish there was another one closer to Richmond. This one is trash.
