Chipotle Mexican Grill

Lady at the counter said the guac is black because of the oxidation. I am looking for fresh food, not a chemistry lesson

Horrible. Walked in and 5 employees not doing anything and just speaking to each other in Punjab. Didn't care at all even though the whole place only had 1 customer. Very strange vibe to this place. I have been to other Chipotles and this location is not worth returning.

I have heard this location offers smaller portion, so I ordered several items in EXTRA. But still, it is not even a full bowl. Very disappointed

I’ve only been to Chipotle’s twice and both experiences weren’t good. Starting with the preparation of the burritos. It’s not a race. Slow down! I barely had time to think. We ordered two burritos. He asked what kind of rice? We said white for both and he put both kinds of rice on. They are more interested in breaking the record on speed than making a good burrito.
The worst part of the experience was the restaurant itself. It was disgustingly dirty. The floor had food all over it. Every table was dirty. We sat at the bar by the window and the whole table was covered in bits of food. The floor had food scraps all over it. The carpet by the pop machine looked like it had never been cleaned. There was garbage on the counter beside the pop machine.
Even worse, there was an employee sitting there on her break, sitting right beside the disgusting mess and I would have thought she’d clean the tables and maybe sweep when she was done but she didn’t. She grabbed the garbage from the counter but then went back to making the food.
As I was leaving I told one of the employees that the restaurant needed to be cleaned and he just nodded, saying he would take care of it.
I saw a couple looking for a clean table and they ended up just leaving.
Last time for me.
And I’ll add that when you give the restaurant a bad review, you an auto generated response to click on a link to the manager. The problem is that the link is an American site and doesn’t let you choose a Canadian restaurant. Not that it would do any good anyway, as I can see this place has other complaints about cleanliness

This place is so dirtyyyy. I used to go to Chipotle on broadway location. It’s always so nice , everything is well organized and clean. I was shocked when I see the dirty tables and floor. It’s nasty.

I love Chipotle and mainly because the food taste great and they serve a bigger portion that I usually have leftovers for another meal. I normally go to the West Broadway location.
Today, my family and I went to the Richmond location. I brought them with me since they have not tried it yet.
This location IS DISAPPOINTING. Serving was VERY SMALL. even from my husband who hasn't been to any, he commented it was small! and when you try to ask for something, the lady server gave you an attitude to a point where I was scared to say what I wanted because of how she rolled her eyes. I never had a problem with the other branch. I should have looked at the reviews before coming. Not coming back to this location.

Terrible service, won’t communicate, refuses to negotiate portion size of the bowls.
Advice: be rude and direct everytime you go there or simple don’t go

This Chipotle branch is the most ungenerous location in terms of food, not to mention the most unsanitary. Asked for a little more of the sour cream sauce..they added 2 drips of it. They will rush you during the food prep (its their style) and if you ask for extra..an attitude becomes.

Way, way undersized portions. Rip off.
This place is the absolute worst combination a greedy franchisee and inflation.
They make no attempt to conceal that they are only trying to get as much money for as absolutely little food as they can. They don’t care a bit about the food. It’s all about the money here.
They are rude if you ask for an appropriate sized portion like at other Chipotles, will rush you through, and the place is dirty.
The absolute worst of what Canadian consumers are now expected to put up with. Vote with your wallet and STAY AWAY.

The food is okay, and room temperature. There's a weird vibe to the staff, they seem to not care about any customers and lack any type of customer service.. They all speak Punjab to each other while working and give mean looking faces to customers.

This is definitely the worst Chipotle in Vancouver, and it's not close. Portions sizes sucked as well.
