Who would have thought that we’d be all the way out here for some A+ quality Taiwanese comfort food?

The look and feel of this dining spot resembled a western-style diner but their food was unmistakably Taiwanese. From the rich beef broth in the soup noodles, to each individual side dish that accompanied the deep-fried pork belly on rice, to the juicy soup dumplings… every dish felt homely in execution and was deeply satisfying down to the last bite.

Took the family here on a weekday and will come back for sure:
- cleanliness: wow, they sanitise each menu front and back
- food: authentic Taiwanese food, been to Taiwan many times. Good portions and value.
- service: very attentive, asked for feedback, delivered food / drinks reasonable time

I had high expectations for this place. The food was okay but the deep fried party Mix has weird proportions on the types of food that was there. There was way more deep fried chickens than any of the other ones (only 2 pieces each). The AC was way too strong, it was facing right at the tables. I ordered a Braised Pork Jowl Rice. It was good until it was cold within 5-7 mins. The waitresses were very friendly and nice.
