I had such a cozy and satisfying meal at CHJ Bistro! The vibe here is super warm and welcoming — perfect for a casual meal or a little food adventure. The service was friendly and fast, and you can really tell the staff care about what they’re serving.

Checked out this Taiwanese restaurant in Steveston Village for the first time over the weekend. The place is on the smaller side and it can get quite busy during peak hours. Prepare to wait in line or come right at opening to avoid the crowds. Not sure how authentic the food is but everything we had was pretty good. Portions were ample and prices were reasonable given its location. A great place to try out if you’re in the area.

Mid Dec2024 Taiwanese resto nearby the pier that offers a wide range of regional fare. The menu is quite extensive and serving sizes are very generous. Lots of traditional staple favorites offered.

A suitable place to have a shared warm meal esp during the cold season.

Attentive and helpful staff.

The place is very rustic and feels like a bar of sorts with dark interiors and kooky decor giving it a country cozy feel.
