The food was excellent, when we finally got it. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and I loved the variety of roasted veggies. The service was the worst I had ever experienced at CHOP. It took us close to 2 hours to get our meals!! The server also made a few errors early in the evening. First he brought me the wrong drink and then forgot to order my appetizer. Oh my, Muni, our server, was fabulous! And her recommendations were spot on.
Do yourself a favor and order the chop burger! It's the best burger I've ever had. And the wedge salad was delicious! The portions are large , be warned:) I can't say enough good things. Well be back!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Chop Steakhouse in Richmond, and the whole experience was truly amazing and unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful, and both the food and the ambiance were exceptional. Our host, Daniel, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. We’ll definitely be recommending this restaurant to our family and friends!
