Good customer service and all fresh ingredients, impressed by Preet,s guest service. She made a spicy chicken sandwich, it was delicious.
Hope visit soon next time.

This place is never open when it says it should be. Iv been here twice during open hours where no one is there. Currently standing in the front at 10:15 waiting to get in when it says you open at 10. I am see staff in the back and no one will open the door.

Store is closed for two months, opens for a week, and is closed again at noon on a sunday? Online shows they are open at 11:00am. Wow.

I am a regular customer, but my recent experience was quite frustrating. The store reopened after being closed for 2 months, and I expected improvements. Instead, I had to wait far too long to receive my order, even though the store was not busy. The staff appeared unprofessional and unorganized, which made the delay even worse. I never had this type of experience anytime before. It’s disappointing to face this type of service after such a long closure. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and customer service.

I’ve visited this place several times and usually had a good experience. However, my visit yesterday was disappointing. The hygiene standards were not up to the mark.I noticed that one of the staff members was using the same gloves repeatedly without changing them between tasks, which is very concerning, especially when handling food. This really affected my trust in the cleanliness and safety of the service. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their hygiene practices.

I’ve always been a fan of Chopped Leaf and usually love their food, but lately it’s been disappointing. For a while now, the quality has quietly gone downhill, especially the veggies, and rice which no longer taste fresh. It’s frustrating because I used to count on them for healthy, flavorful meals. I really hope they step things up and return to the quality they were known for.

I worked at The Chopped Leaf Richmond for several years and experienced significant delays in receiving pay during the last part of my time there. In my opinion, there were ongoing concerns around timely payment and communication. If you’re considering employment here, I recommend being cautious about payroll and staff policies

I recently visited Chopped Leaf and was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of healthy options available. The salads and wraps were flavorful and satisfying, making it a great choice for a quick, nutritious meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back

I used to come here regularly because it’s close to work—but proximity can’t make up for plummeting food quality and a manager who seems allergic to basic decency. Veerpal is consistently rude, not just to the staff (who I genuinely feel bad for), but to customers too. She’s usually glued to her phone, clearly too busy scrolling to smile, greet, or pretend to care. Her go-to customer service move is a death glare. I once asked her to remake my salad because she got most of the ingredients wrong, and she refused—telling me I’d need to pay again, even though it was her mistake. I won’t be coming back and have already advised my colleagues to go elsewhere—there are plenty of better options in the area.
