I was shocked that the cashier lady yelled at me when I tried to place an order.

When I asked her if she was angry, she said she couldn’t hear me through the glass. What a terrible excuse to yell at a paying customer. She apologized but it did not feel genuine.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience at CHUN FUN HOW Richmond! The tea quality is exceptional, with perfectly balanced fruity flavors that are both refreshing and satisfying. The boba is just right—chewy and full of flavor. I also love the beautiful cups they serve the drinks in. Although the shop is on the smaller side and more suited for takeaway, it’s perfect for grabbing a delicious drink on the go. Highly recommend!

I like the cups but basically that’s it.

The pearls were not that fresh. Taste imported and not handmade.not worth the extra $1

Teas taste like sugar. Tea is also brewed wrong so it is bitter. How can a drink be bitter and too sweet??? Just try this place lol

i don't care this place is just my favourite bubble tea shop ever. it's small, open until 12 am, has a respectable selection and complemented with the sweetest staff. i've never EVER had to wait very long for my drink, even when it was busy with a lower amount of employees. not once have i had my drink be wrong, even if i ordered with other people. the cup designs are the cutest thing,, and i do indeed value that! i got two free cups from their summer '24 event and they are cute plus work well. i typically do not have any issue with occupancy; come here both day and night. personally, i do enjoy their oolong tea VERY much. i always get it LOL, i would recommend. very much enjoy the smaller size of the store and the music is a nice touch to the place. staff are incredibly kind and always thank you for coming. it's located in a very spectacular spot as well, as i enjoy going into some other shops around the area before heading back home.

Parking: while i typically walk here as it's a good way for me to get steps as well as some fresh air, when i do drive, you just input your license plate in the tablet inside of the store for free parking. completely forget how long it was but it believe it was 1-3 hours!

Picked up uber order from here. Got negative review due to how restaurant packages the items. No tray for drinks. Got punished for a mistake I could not control as customer was not satisfied with the service of the packaging. Do not order take out from this place.

This is my go-to shop in Richmond. This shop is amazing, and it even has dessert. I love their lychee fruit tea.

I had the pearl black milk tea with 80% sugar and 30% ice. It came out just to my liking and and a good tea taste as well.

Definitely my favourite boba place among the multitude of options in the Richmond area. It's a cute, clean little place with a great vibe. They have a kiosk for convenient ordering and browsing, and their drinks and toppings are always consistently high quality. I personally really enjoy their osmanthus drinks and they also have the best grass jelly that I have tried. I like that the actual tea taste is more discernable in their drinks than many other boba places and they also have great sweetness levels (less sweet than average I'd say).

Their cups are also very cute :)

One of the very few high quality bubble tea shops in the lower mainland that don’t doesn’t skimp on quality or portions. Rare nowadays.

Love how they don’t dilute, shove a crapload of ice when you ask for 30%, gets sweetness levels right every time, or add any crazy amounts of cheap coffee mate to the drinks. Pearls are cooked perfectly, other toppings are always fresh, and the customer service is top notch! They hand you your bubble tea directly while in store too! :) Keep up the good work!

Fresh taro milk tea available! Also they are super flexible. I asked for oolong tea to be added and they said no problem. Happy with their service!! (Limited seating)
