Pretty decent spot to get bubble tea. Drinks are good and consistent. Nothing extraordinary but reliable.
Had a lychee jade tea with jelly at the Wilson School of Design at KPU today. It was really good!
Definitely recommend trying if you’re in Richmond area!

It was just ok for me... the drink was ok average. Very limited seating inside. The one perk is that it's open late.

Ordered the Tofu Pudding Black Milk Tea and Purple Yam Fresh milk green tea.
A rare find (for me) to see a boba place with tofu as a topping so I was happy to find it on the menu. The milk tea tasted more like soy milk but I was ok with that. You can really taste the green tea from the purple yam drink and is a bit grainy from the yam. I would pass on that drink next time.
The place has a kiosk to order from but you can also order at the counter. The workers didn't really interact with us when we got in and ordered - one of them brought our drinks over which was nice of her.
They have some unique drinks that I'd still want to try. I would visit again if in the area.
Great fresh fruit bubble tea
The grapefruit lychee green tea is so good and the boba was the perfect texture. I went here twice on my vacation and the quality was the same both times!
Pretty good bubble tea place in the heart of Richmond. You can order at the kiosk and be completely self-served.
It's also one of the few places that's open until late (midnight) unlike many others that close at 10 or 11pm.
Note that the seating area is pretty small, so most people have it to go.

Really enjoyed their bubble tea! They had non dairy options and their bubble tea came in beautiful to go cups. So many options and great flavours! There was a lineup but service was so quick. Wil be going back for sure!
