Food was exactly as expected, BOMB. service was impeccable. The restaurant is older and somebody should Reno. But I don't go there for that. I came for the chicken and I was happy!!!!

Food is ok most of the time but if you get the old batch of course, they aren't good. The price also has gone up. But for 2 people this new deal 6 pieces is a better deal than the 3 pcs special.

Wanted to take advantage of their 6pc deal just like others. Waited forever to get my meal. Obviously, they were not prepared for a high volume of orders. Thank God I checked everything before I left cuz they forgot my fries.
They should get some tips from their Blundell location on how to run things. They do a much better job.

Wait it for awhile at the front slow service, most importantly I when to this location 2 times the chicken completely not fresh, it probably been sitting there for a while. After you eat is a immediately diarrhea

Went in to the Restaurant to make a take out order. Immediately greeted by the staff in the lobby as well as the cashier. The cashier was very helpful, as we were trying to make an order for a large family.

The washrooms at this location are consistently unsanitary, especially during late hours when only one is available. On three separate occasions after 11 PM, I found the men's washroom in poor condition, with urine everywhere and a strong odor. When I requested to use the women's washroom, I was denied access, despite the lady at the front desk admitting the men's washroom was dirty and promising to clean it later. This ongoing issue with cleanliness and accessibility is very concerning and needs to be addressed.

Soo friendly customer service. When I was there for the last time every staff was so nice with us especially the girl Anjali on front was so helpful for my family on placing our order and we had good dining experience over there.
I like Texas Chicken and especially this restaurant. They have fast service and nice seating area. No parking issues, inexpensive prices and plenty of seating!
