Went in to the Restaurant to make a take out order. Immediately greeted by the staff in the lobby as well as the cashier. The cashier was very helpful, as we were trying to make an order for a large family.

The washrooms at this location are consistently unsanitary, especially during late hours when only one is available. On three separate occasions after 11 PM, I found the men's washroom in poor condition, with urine everywhere and a strong odor. When I requested to use the women's washroom, I was denied access, despite the lady at the front desk admitting the men's washroom was dirty and promising to clean it later. This ongoing issue with cleanliness and accessibility is very concerning and needs to be addressed.

First of all I usually get chicken here late nights because I work night shift. Sometimes they take 10 minutes or so preparing my order but it has always even fresh and tasty. However tonight I went (to my surprise, my food was already waiting for me when I got to the pickup window) and to my complete disappointment, my food was literally terrible! All I tasted was very old oil, the batter was hard, and the chicken was very dry and hard as well. I don’t believe it was safe for human consumption. I will not order from here anymore.
