Had a wonderful experience at this Church’s Chicken location today. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, but the service is what truly stood out. The team was warm, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. The managers were especially impressive—professional, kind, and making sure every customer was taken care of.

I visited on 11/26/2025 (Wed). It’s been a long time since we last had Church’s Chicken. We had 7 people and weren’t sure what to order, so we chose the 16-piece fried chicken. Their staff member, Dev, was very polite and friendly. He offered us a better deal with extra mashed potatoes and salad, and even helped us save C$20. It really made our day. The fried chicken and wings tasted great, and we were all very full.

had a very disappointing experience at this Church's Chicken on Cambie Road, Richmond, BC, and feel compelled to file a serious complaint publicly.
Firstly, there was a significant service delay. I was quoted a 9-10 minute wait time, but I ended up waiting a total of 20 minutes for my order of 20 spicy wings.
Secondly, and more importantly, the product quality was unacceptable! Upon getting home, I discovered a major size discrepancy in the wings. For the same price, I received wings that were extremely and unfairly small, far below the standard (as shown in the photo). Selling such disproportionately sized pieces is a huge failure in quality control.

We ordered the newly launched 8pc combo, half regular and half spicy. When we got home, we found the spicy half was completely charred, tough to chew, and had a bitter taste. They also skimped on one Honey Butter. The food was terrible.

Extremely disappointed and upset.
I ordered 30 pieces of wings and 5 jalapeño bombers, but when I got home (a 20-minute drive away) I realized they completely forgot to pack the bombers. On top of that, the spicy wings were missing 2 pieces and the regular wings were missing 1. How hard is it to get an order right?
I called, and they didn’t even seem to care that I’d have to drive another 20 minutes back just to get what I paid for. When I went back, the girl at the drive-thru had the nerve to tell me “you should check next time.” Seriously? It’s your job to make sure the order is complete — not mine to inspect everything before leaving.
This was a huge inconvenience and a terrible customer experience. I’m honestly done with this place.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Chachach’s Chicken. There was absolutely no greeting — no “hi,” no “hello,” nothing. The staff member just looked at me and said “yeah?” — such an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward paying customers is unacceptable.
To make it worse, it was a take-out order and they didn’t even offer a bag. If there’s a charge for bags, at least inform customers instead of leaving them to carry hot food in their hands.
If someone doesn’t want to work or can’t treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be at the counter. There are many people looking for jobs who would be more than happy to serve customers properly.
Definitely not coming back — and I’d recommend others think twice before visiting.
