From the moment we walked in we were not greeted, there was 4 women all standing around talking in their native language which is rude when customers are in front of you.We ordered and waited 4 mins for our food to be warm, not hot.Then as we left and said thank you, we were mimicked and mocked in my voice. Which is absolutely unnecessary and disrespectful to your customers.I am disgusted in the poor customer service.I personally will not be back due to the lack or care of customers.Now I know why you are dead and quiet…

Ordered late night dinner on Skip after a nightmare evening at the airport. 1 AM is not my usual dinner time Seems like maybe we got some leftover chicken pieces. They also added some wings which were not expected. The Mexican sandwich was actually good as was the mashed potato and gravy. However the chicken combo was not good. It tasted like the oil it was cooked in. Based on this I would never have Church's Chicken again. Also, who sends mashed potatoes and gravy to a hotel client with no utensils and no napkins? Then you have the nerve to write on the only napkin that you'd like a good review.

Missed jalepeno bombers again, please double check when giving food to customers instead of rushing them to leave. Not the first time it’s happening. Orders were never checked before giving food

Very bad experience at this place, I have been to many different church’s chicken locations by far it is the most awful experience I had. Ordered 4piece combo from drive through and while paying at the window they repeated my order and took the payment and same person packed my order. And she shut the window door on my face for no reason. When opened the box at home find out that they packed only 2 pieces. And the drink was nothing but water with full of ice. Never coming back to this place again.

October 19, 2023 we went to this store for a drive thru around 8:30PM.. we were ordering food and I changed my order twice and she shouted at us "I will not change your order! We already made your order" which we're not even done ordering and we just changed the order of the chicken? So we pulled up to the window and she was shouting at her coworker (speaking punjabi) that we keep on changing the order. How is that hard you just put the chicken in the box? We didn't even changed the sandwich, just the chicken. Worst part is there's a hair in my chicken sandwich! We just threw the sandwich. We didn't say anything to her we don't wanna make a scene but you cannot have these kind of people in your restaurant! We are not done ordering so we could change the order. Please take action into this!

I canceled the order after 25 minutes. Really, if you accept the order, use responsible people.
