I just bought a pearl milk tea (No ice) - Oct 2nd 17:35pm

I ordered "No ice" - they gave me with ICE and then I told them right away "No ICE" - BUT they told me "No ice" still cold ... actually, it still has ICE inside

Great promotions but service needs work. Came on a Sunday afternoon (Aug 18) and the filipino lady had a very bad attitude and was rude. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered the fresh taro milk tea through door dash. When I got it, it was pretty much just a beverage of milk. There were hardly any taro in it whereas the picture showed a cup with large taro chunks. If I had to guess, I probably got a tablespoon of blended taro at most so basically the whole thing was milk. Luckily door dash refunded me quickly.

Sunday 830pm. not much of a line. In and Out within 10 minutes. ordered their June special Mango Pomelo Sago, after 5% tip, it was almost $7. with 30% sweetness, i find it still a bit sweet for my taste. but overall it was good.

I rarely give bad reviews, but this is not excusable.We always get a 3 guys and a mango slush with no yakult for my kids. The server basically said "it does not taste right and does not have a very good consistency", so they didn't want to make it.I went out of my way to the Coco on Blundell and No. 2 to buy it instead.

It would be nice if this specific store participated more in the special promotions that the rest of Richmond’s Coco stores promoted.It would also be nice if there was seating like most boba tea shops. Clean shop, the staff are quick with preparing my orders and are generally nice.
