Heavily Understaffed was waiting for 5+ minutes after placing the order on the self serve iPad. Which defeats the purpose of ordering through self serve instead at the counter.

Came to this Coco on July 25th around 8pm because it was the closest to my house. Service at this coco is so good, better than the other stores. The cashier who took our order was super friendly and nice. Double checked the sugar and ice level for each drink we were ordering. Consider giving that girl a raise. Definitely recommend to other people. Fresh mango smoothie with coconut jelly is a must have. 5/5 stars

I had bought 5 drinks from this place but because i hardly cone here my points wasnt added to my card because the person that served me said I should have let her know i have a points card/membership before I ordered. I just got used to the other Coco at Blundell that after I ordered thats when I punch in my number. So anyway, she took my infos (made me fill up this form) and said after a week my points will be added. Week passed I still didnt get my points. I called the store and the lady who answered my call was nice and said she will get her manager to call me. Sane day the manager called (which was really nice to call me back and i really appreciated that). The manager said that my points will be added that week. So I waited. Its another week, i still didnt get my points. I just called right now and spoke to a guy who was kinda rude. I was just explaIning it to him at first what happened (which I am not done yet with my story) he rudely said there’s nothing he can do for me. So i told him I know theres nothing he can do for me…about my points. But ai would like him to tell his manager and let her know that I called and I still didnt get my points. But before I can finish saying that, he hang up on me. I called back 3x but he never pick up the phone. Thats why I decided to write this review. I think you guys should not say things that you giys cannot fulfill. Like saying the pints should be added in a week when its not. And then manager also said it should be done that week. So 2 promises that never happen. And that guys that I spoke to today, leqrn to listen to the costumer first before saying something and do not be rude!!!

We got the caramel milk tea and matcha. Caramel was fine, but the matcha did not taste like matcha at all. Tasted super off and strange

It’s tucked away in the corner of Broadmoor shopping centre, where you wouldn’t even notice it unless you know it’s there. Service has always been good and they have a wicked promo every day between 3-7pm. BOGO 50% off. Plentiful and easy parking. Sign me up!!!

I ordered "No ice" - they gave me with ICE and then I told them right away "No ICE" - BUT they told me "No ice" still cold ... actually, it still has ICE inside

Great promotions but service needs work. Came on a Sunday afternoon (Aug 18) and the filipino lady had a very bad attitude and was rude. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered the fresh taro milk tea through door dash. When I got it, it was pretty much just a beverage of milk. There were hardly any taro in it whereas the picture showed a cup with large taro chunks. If I had to guess, I probably got a tablespoon of blended taro at most so basically the whole thing was milk. Luckily door dash refunded me quickly.

Sunday 830pm. not much of a line. In and Out within 10 minutes. ordered their June special Mango Pomelo Sago, after 5% tip, it was almost $7. with 30% sweetness, i find it still a bit sweet for my taste. but overall it was good.
