The drinks are good, but the customer service could've been better. They had run out of caramel which was okay, but for some reason they did not let me change the amount of ice in my Brown Sugar Pearl Milk. The worker told me it was fixed and that I had to have the regular amount of ice. In other CoCo stores, like the one at Waterfront does not have this problem, and have much better service.

I rarely give bad reviews, but this is not excusable.We always get a 3 guys and a mango slush with no yakult for my kids. The server basically said "it does not taste right and does not have a very good consistency", so they didn't want to make it.I went out of my way to the Coco on Blundell and No. 2 to buy it instead.

It would be nice if this specific store participated more in the special promotions that the rest of Richmond’s Coco stores promoted.It would also be nice if there was seating like most boba tea shops. Clean shop, the staff are quick with preparing my orders and are generally nice.

The mango smoothie is very tasty and is the best mango bubble tea drink that I’ve ever had.
Got the mango slush with pearls. Was decent flavor and ok pearls. The grape dream slush was also good. This location is tucked in a corner next to the Freshco. Customer service could be nicer.

poor service ,as a delivery driver ,we have a lot of orders on hand ,two cup of drinks let me wait for 15mins ,when I heard 15mins ,and then I double ask the staff agian, she said 15 and use her hand to show it ,customer order 15mins before through the courier app,and then let driver go there for pick up,is impossible to wait that time ,why other shop always can on time and your shop need to wait ,not just this time ,it always happen
