Great store
So so so yummy
Absolutely love the brown sugar milk tea at Coco! The flavor is rich and perfectly balanced, not too sweet, just right. The tapioca pearls were warm, chewy, and fresh. Always a go-to treat when I’m craving bubble tea. Highly recommend!
Love their drinks and delivers quick service even during peak hours. Employees are really patient，kind and always have a smile on!
Service is very hit-and-miss. Many of their staff aren’t friendly or say the very basic “thank you” after you’ve finished paying/when picking up your drink. I’ve had an experience where I said “thank you” to two different staff members and they didn’t say anything back. I’m not sure if it’s because of the young age of staff (some of them appear to be still in high school) and/or they hired people who don’t care about basic customer service, but I would rather give my business to other bubble tea establishments. To add insult to injury, my drink didn’t taste that good as well. I guess they don’t put their heart into anything they do.
We went a bit later in the day and they were out of sago, which is our favourite, however we decided to try crystal pearls and those were delicious!!

I ordered a mango slush with pearls, but you didn’t put any pearls. My order was already simple since I didn’t even ask for sugar, yet you still forgot to add the pearls. Your service may be fast, but it’s careless. I’m really disappointed with what I got for what I paid.

Terrible! We ordered strawberries yogurt with regular sweet but I got strawberries and cranberry . It was bad test and I didn’t get what I ordered, so I called them and complained. I told them I didn’t order cranberry why put it in , I want they make a new one for me or give me money back . The person who talked to me said she will let manager call me but never called. I really disappointed, won’t go back there again!!!
