Coco Bubble Tea (Richmond Centre)

Inconsistent promotional messaging, but consistent delicious drinks.

Cheapskate owner doesn't allow extra sugar. They should follow the franchise rules and policies as they are hurting the CoCo brand. Worst CoCo location I've been to in B.C. and Ontario.

They can never get my drink right. They always have an excuse, every time. Today was really bad @ 3:58pm. The black tea latte that I always get at other locations looks like the one in the screenshot photo. The drink that I got at this location looks like milk tea. I even told them before I paid to make sure not to shake the drink as to not mix it. I even showed the pic to the staff working there. I asked them what kind of drink is the one on the picture. They said it’s “black tea latte.” So I said, ok. They remade my drink and this girl said to me “we all shake our drinks” and then slams the drink on the counter. I felt so embarrassed infront of other customers. They all had an attitude. I wasn’t even demanding or giving them an attitude. I simply asked them and showed them my usual drink at other locations. If it’s not the same drink then they could have told me the correct one instead of giving me an attitude as if I was trying to rob them.

What kind of training did they receive? Customers don’t need your attitude. We just want our drinks to be made correctly.

I was patiently standing aside, silently waiting for my drink, when the staff member in the pink shirt abruptly and rudely said, 'We’ll call you when it’s ready!' Her tone was unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh, making me feel uncomfortable for simply waiting. This kind of attitude is disappointing and certainly not what I expect as a customer.

I ordered a 2 ladies with coconut jelly and they only gave me a regular milk tea with pearls… disappointing

I asked for no pearls in my boba and they gave me pearls when they don't have QQ no more, sadly but the tea I got was the bubble gaga which is nice, tastes fruity would get it again but not from this location as they couldn't hear me say no pearls, it had coconut jelly, I prefer that over pearls I'd they had popping boba I rather go for that.
