CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice Richmond Oval

This place is pretty good. Not sure why the ratings are low. The sugar and ice levels are consistently much higher than what you will ask for. I would say 30% is more like full sugar and low ice is average ice.

Portion for Toppings are very inconsistent. Sometimes loads of Toppings and not enough tea or the other way around.

Taste is on par

Sometimes it's confusing because the lights are off but they are actually open

Probably my last time going to this location, I buy from coco 1-3 times a week.
ordered a latte and it tasted watery ( similar review from other). Staff unwilling to exchange to another, which is fine, but I don’t appreciate the look they gave me

A milk tea chain franchise shop that is always sold out of milk tea and its condiments at any given time of day happening on several occasions. The experience is always 50% hit and 50% disappointment.

Friendly staff and delicious bubble tea! I don’t drink bubble tea often but this is the place I usually go because it’s very good! They have a lot of options and I’m always satisfied after finishing my drink

The best Coco in Vancouver. I buy a cup every time before going to Oval. The staff is very friendly and more enthusiastic than any other milk tea shop. They always smile and tell you that the drink is very hot. Be careful when drinking. Very considerate♥️

So I dunno if they are trying to scam customers, but when I order from door dash I can ask for "NO ICE" with my tea.But when I go Into the location they tell me they "Can't do no ice"I don't want to argue with the cashier, but you obviously can do no ice because it's listed on door dash from your location, and I have gotten no ice everytime I do door dash, but then you pay a premium using door dash...Just be prepared they want you to get ice so they give you less tea, therfore making more money off you.The next time I get told they can't do no ice I'll be making this public via Instagram and tiktok accounts.

I absolutely adore this coco! The music they play is incredible; they create such an enjoyable atmosphere, which enhances the deliciousness of their drinks. My experience at this coco exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be coming back for more :)

Whoa no wonder why people are addicted to this place!! I got the brown sugar milk latte, and holy smokes it was delicious! Very fast service and clean spacious
