Server was pleasant and location is clean

The most I complain is about their seats being so dirty. They are obviously seen a lot of large or small stains on the seating area of the sofa. The store is located near river shore area and expected to have high comfort dining experience. This is my first dining in but however being so shocked with this nice and roomy store. Service is good and the store's counter, floor and washroom are clean.

Got a milk tea from this store today. The taste was awful, and it felt like the container they used to shake the drink wasn’t properly cleaned — I could still taste leftover flavors from previous drinks for other clients.

Also the sugar wasn’t fully dissolved or mixed in. I literally bit into sugar granules... I ordered a 30% sugar milktea, but it tasted more like 80%.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been to this location three times. The first time I went, I had ordered my bubble tea and it was about 10 minutes before closing. A man came in with two children, and the employee told him they were closed. I was appalled, but didn’t say anything because it didn’t have anything to do with me, but he left Keep in mind this is about 10 minutes before closing. A month or so later I went again, About 10 minutes before closing, and as soon as I walked into the store, I was told that they were closed. They close at 8 pm. There is an And open light at the entrance, which is on with their hours posted. I had seen the open sign and paid for Parking to go inside to be told that they were closed. I expressed my dissatisfaction and thought I would never go back. Tonight, Thinking I would give it another try,, I enter the store and a woman comes out of the back and tells us that they are closed. I couldn’t believe it. The same man was working that was there the last time and I told him he did this to me before, And I saw him do it to someone else before If you were closed before 8 o’clock, you should be shutting off your open sign and locking the doors . Even after I returned to my parked car and drove away past the store, the open light was still on. It seems like a trend that they stop serving customers before 7:50 PM In my experience. Would never go back here again and not recommend it to anyone. Horrible customer service .

rudest customer service, the lady on the phone hung up on me when instead of admitting she didn’t know the answer. what an embarrassment, would be a shame if city hall saw the health code violations in the store

Order fresh taro with milk, barely had any fresh taro, it was 95% just milk. The male employee with glasses had poor attitude and still tried to sell the scraps to us even though they probably didn’t have any taro left. Very disappointing, as I’ve had wonderful experiences at all the other locations.

This place serves good bubble tea, would order here again. One thing is I prefer ordering Coco from the blundell area, as they make the bubble tea there WAY better. Overall, 4/5

No customer which we were afraid to go in the store. No customer service and the bubble tea was tasting horrible.

This place is pretty good. Not sure why the ratings are low. The sugar and ice levels are consistently much higher than what you will ask for. I would say 30% is more like full sugar and low ice is average ice.

Portion for Toppings are very inconsistent. Sometimes loads of Toppings and not enough tea or the other way around.

Taste is on par

Probably my last time going to this location, I buy from coco 1-3 times a week.
ordered a latte and it tasted watery ( similar review from other). Staff unwilling to exchange to another, which is fine, but I don’t appreciate the look they gave me

A milk tea chain franchise shop that is always sold out of milk tea and its condiments at any given time of day happening on several occasions. The experience is always 50% hit and 50% disappointment.

Friendly staff and delicious bubble tea! I don’t drink bubble tea often but this is the place I usually go because it’s very good! They have a lot of options and I’m always satisfied after finishing my drink
