So I dunno if they are trying to scam customers, but when I order from door dash I can ask for "NO ICE" with my tea.But when I go Into the location they tell me they "Can't do no ice"I don't want to argue with the cashier, but you obviously can do no ice because it's listed on door dash from your location, and I have gotten no ice everytime I do door dash, but then you pay a premium using door dash...Just be prepared they want you to get ice so they give you less tea, therfore making more money off you.The next time I get told they can't do no ice I'll be making this public via Instagram and tiktok accounts.

I absolutely adore this coco! The music they play is incredible; they create such an enjoyable atmosphere, which enhances the deliciousness of their drinks. My experience at this coco exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be coming back for more :)

Had a UberEats pick up. I don't go to this particular building often due to parking issue, so I called in advance to seek where driver could park and pick up the order. The staff that answer my call simply said there are no parking spaces and you can park at the handicapped lot in the back. It seems that is it not her problem that driver could not find a parking space to pick up order. You have to remember when you work at this store and pick up the phone to answer a call, you represent the company. Your behaviour and action can influence the image of the company you work for. Remember that the safety of the driver is the number priority when your store cooperate with food delivery platform. If you are not able to provide the right environment and force drivers to take unnecessary risks, either illegally park at the handicap space or park in front of the store where the street is clearly no parking at all time, do not open your store for delivery order. Until the management can improve the accessibility of driver pick up the and retrain the staff in a more responsible way, this review will stand.

Like other reviews here, giving the staff 0 stars if I could. I came in to ask for a cup of water for my dog who was in distress from the heat a short distance outside. The store manager in the grey polo said they can’t give water because plastic cups are given with a drink only. I offered to pay for the disposable cup and tap water - and was told that cups cannot be sold. I was then asked to buy a drink (which would be redundant since I needed water ?) First time here and never coming back.

The grapefruit yakult drink is delicious and refreshing here. Love how they use real freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and mix it with 2 real small bottles of yakult. Great for summer :) Clean and spacious shop too!
