Need to take attention about the parking lot, the lots has 3 types - 30 minutes, 1 hour & 2 hours. If you over the timing, maybe you will get the ticket.

No comparison, no harm. This one is much better than Regent. The service attitude is good. The roast pork is crispy enough. The point is, if I want to isolate the party for fear of being noisy, I will arrange to check in immediately. This one is good enough. In short, it's probably Never go to Lijing, just come here

Very traditional Chinese cuisine restaurant. Specially Cantonese Dim Sum and cuisine. There are trolleys to show what’s the Dianxin looks like, seldom other restaurant like it. Dim Sum is fresh and good taste, atmosphere here is like old Honghong Style, not modern and fashion. restaurant is spacious, my company is held Company kick off meeting here, 40 tables. The dishes are delicious and high end quality. Worthy to come here to try. Never let you disappointedKid-friendliness: Waiter and waitress are friendly and always check anything you need.
The best dimsum restaurant I been to in British Columbia with the atmosphere where you feel you are in Hongkong with people offering food on their cart while they go around. All the food we got were very delicious and we do not even know what they are called in the menu. Some of the servers do not speak fluent english and sometimes there is a language barrier and communication is a bit difficult but the service and food compensates for that short coming. It was a full house when we came to visit but as soon as we got our seats the waiting for food was not an issue and we were eating right away. Water and tea are refilled as soon as they ran out and they change your plate with a new one as soon as they see that you are done with your first course of orders. Servers are all around and you can call them anytime if you need to order something from the menu and food ordered are served in no time with little waiting. We were so impressed with our experience that we are planning on returning as soon as we can. I highly recommend this place for you to try them out.

I didn't think there was any more than one restaurant left in Vancouver where you could see people pushing dim sum on carts but I stand corrected. Continental Seafood Restaurant in Richmond is the second restaurant we've been to now where you can get dim sum from one of those carts. This one was much better than the one we went to last year.
