My dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the food was far from enjoyable. I deeply regret not checking the negative reviews before stepping in. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down soon. Avoid at all costs!

The food was utterly revolting—stale, sour, and clearly past its prime. The service was appalling, embodying the worst of Hong Kong's notorious hospitality. They blatantly discriminate against non-Cantonese speakers, while shamelessly pandering to English and Cantonese customers. An absolute disgrace.

There was a female manager who served me dinner. She was really bad. She talked loudly behind me and asked for a refill of milk tea before I drank it. I immediately went up to her and asked her how much milk tea she had to drink before refilling it. She basically said she had to drink it. If you don't talk to me in person, you can't talk behind my back. I had a cup of milk tea with him and he still said a quarter of it, but after finishing dinner, I felt that the cup of milk tea was frozen, so I wanted to refill it. It's not surprising that I have such a good service attitude. I will close it on September 23rd. In fact, many employees provide good service. As a manager, the quality is worse than that of ordinary waiters.

I walked so far got home. After I discover they pack it so bad everything leak. Am wearing white cloth and is red oil. I ask for simple stir fried noodle and they can’t even pack. Plus missing my soup. I am so tired to go walk back and complain.

Food portions are generous, although they're priced for it. Used to get 10% off with membership but not anymore. You get other perks like free refills or French toast .. but 10% off was much more desirable.
Pay for 1 hr parking at the machine in the underground parkade, bring the receipt to the restaurant and you'll be reimbursed when you pay. It is a bit of a walk so might not be as friendly for those that are not very mobile.

Been a loyal customer for years. Best milk tea, thanks milk tea lady! Best breakfast in town too. So sad to learn that it will close in Sept2024. Feel that the owner keeps trying to overcome all the difficulties since COVID. The parking policy does add difficulty to the business. Wish Copa can continue in Richmond in a new location. Although there are many HK Style cafe in Richmond, after trying out those places, only Copa is the only one we return frequently. Feeling lost knowing of it will be closing soon.

Very bad customer service. The in charge over there is very rude and least bothered. She wasn’t treating customers well at all. She was discriminating me and my friend as we were indians.
Ordered the chicken steak for takeout. Great food, would recommend.

Haven’t visit for a long while after the building charge for parking
The place is not busy on a weekday morning
Comfortable seating and food is surprisingly tasty
Big portion and price was reasonable
Server was polite but not so sincere
I figure the restaurant only reimburse for 1 hour parking so I hand them my parking ticket and got $2.5 off
TNT can reimburse for 90 mins so if need more time can first purchase 90 min parking and reimburse the ticket at TNT

Food was very good. They are pretty strict on the menu in a very good way; everything is a combo, no buying additional items without buying an additional combo so the menu is very simple.
The congee was made very well and hit the spot. The HK milk tea was a bit on the thicker side for my tastes but very flavorful.
This may have to become my go-to breakfast place whenever I visit Vancouver.

Food is good for HK diner standards. Noodle soup and double boil combos are good choices.
The staff’s level of friendliness varies depending on whether the owner is there. As a non Chinese person I’m often made to feel uncomfortable and out of place.
Despite being a regular customer last time I was there the staff was rude and aggressive. I won’t be visiting again soon.

Been calling and no one answers or goes straight to busy tone. Been like that since last Friday. Need to have your phone open to accept business. Very frustrating can’t even get through. How do you even run a business like this
