Been a loyal customer for years. Best milk tea, thanks milk tea lady! Best breakfast in town too. So sad to learn that it will close in Sept2024. Feel that the owner keeps trying to overcome all the difficulties since COVID. The parking policy does add difficulty to the business. Wish Copa can continue in Richmond in a new location. Although there are many HK Style cafe in Richmond, after trying out those places, only Copa is the only one we return frequently. Feeling lost knowing...

Haven’t visit for a long while after the building charge for parking
The place is not busy on a weekday morning
Comfortable seating and food is surprisingly tasty
Big portion and price was reasonable
Server was polite but not so sincere
I figure the restaurant only reimburse for 1 hour parking so I hand them my parking ticket and got $2.5 off
TNT can reimburse for 90 mins so if need more time can first...

Pay for 1 hr parking at the machine in the underground parkade, bring the receipt to the restaurant and you'll be reimbursed when you pay. It is a bit of a walk so might not be as friendly for those that are not very mobile.
