Got a ice cream birthday cake, ordered online, picked up but they brought out the larger size which I did not order. Staff member said to simply keep this size and will not be charged extra, much appreciated this jester 👍 I like this Dairy Queen as it is clean, room to eat in area, cozy and nice 😀

Yeah I ate there once in a while back and I ended up in the hospital with severe stomach pains it was from the chicken burger I ate so I don't eat there anymore at all.

The place is meh but the ice cream is nice albeit pricey. The burger is pretty good better than McD- the patties are thick. However the fries and chicken strips are way too salty.

This is definitely one of the most sub par dairy queens in the Richmond delta area. My wife came to get two burger meals at 2. We got double burgers and the patties were reheated in the microwave from who knows when. They did not even grill them fresh. In fact the order took way to long to prepare and I hazard to think that is a ploy to make us think they are cooking things. Anyways it’s one of those moments when your 4-5 bites in and you notice it and then think you got no time to complain and you just eat it. Well we gotta learn if something don’t feel right don’t eat it even if you need to scrap it because you have no time for them to make you new ones. Well long story short this evening my wife and I are trading trips to the toilet and feeling the pain of a bad decision. Poor standards and skimping on freshness is the name of the game these days.

Never had a problem with quality of blizzards whenever I order from the restaurant or from DoorDash. Except for this recent order of 3 medium blizzards I ordered through DoorDash. All three blizzards had little to no filling/toppings , pretty much just the base ice cream.

I tried to refund through DoorDash but was denied that refund . Called the Dq location and explained my problem and was told I would either get a call the next day from the manager or I could just come in after 5pm and they would make me 3 new orders free of charge .

Fast forward the next day I come in , no phone call all day and when I talk to the manager they only said they could make one re make , when she initially promised all three remakes of the blizzard the previous day.

Overall bad customer service and communication from the manager.
