This is the second time I’ve come to this location and the customer service is terrible. Stand there waiting and no one comes to help. Staff are more concerned with playing with other staff than helping me. Never coming back.

I need to warn you: if you want a proper blizzard, DO NOT order one from this location. I ordered 3 and all were melty. My kids were alright with it and I was eager to leave the mall, so I didn't bother complaining. Hopefully someone reads this in time and is spared from being served a cup of melted disappointment!

I've had a fair share of Oreo Blizzards in my days, and I have to say Richmond Center's is by far the worst I've had. The Blizzard essentially had no oreos, it was white from top to bottom. I asked the older woman who made it if this was normal, she said with a terrible attitude "This is normal, if you want more Oreos you have to pay more." Its pretty ridiculous as Blizzards are already expensive these days. This place gives only about 1/4 of oreos compared other DQ's. Will never come back again and I will for sure spread the word.

Robotic staff. Ordered a Reese Pie blizzard and it was just Reese. No pie pieces and no whipped topping. No napkins. Mystery shop Rating 3/5.

They charged me around $8,40 before tax for banana split when its on the sign says $7,89 what a rip off
The staff made our banana split sundae correctly. They will also super friendly and efficient as well.

The older lady seems like she doesn't like working there. If you don't like ur job then find a new one. If ur in customer service there's no reason to snap at guests. Especially since they don't understand. She saw a friend in the lineup and decided to ask him what he wants without checking that there's 3 other guests waiting to order. When I pointed it out, then she decided to be rude and sloppy. The banana split was made messy with all the toppings Overton of each other in the middle.

I am writing to complain the poor customer service that I receive today. I was waiting patiently for an employee at the counter for over five minutes and no one came while there is no other customer in line. There was a female Indian employee who saw me at the counter waiting, however she didn't come to me nor ask what I need. She appears busy doing her own thing. Until a new guest came to the counter next to me and spoke to another employee to order. I asked them who can take my order and the other male employee said it was with him. I have been standing there for over 5 minutes without any employee acknowledging that I would like to order. If it is a busy time with customers during peak hours, I definitely understand. However, what I experienced today was an absolute disappointment and unacceptable customer service.

Sugar content was too much in Julius Originals that it was like drinking syrup.Could only take few sips of the drink. Tried Mango Pineapple flavor and Strawberry flavor. Do not recommend it at all.

Our first visit to this location was extremely pleasant and beyond satisfying as it would be at any fast food joint. It was very memorable as our blizzards were served to us upside down, and loaded with toppings inside and on top. We couldn’t wait to go back for another.Our next visit was where everything went downhill. We made the same order and the blizzards came out sloppy and just “white”. There were barely any toppings and blizzard was “white” all the way to the bottom. For a $9 cup of ice cream… we will not make the same mistake. Now I just buy my own toppings and make it at home. Sigh!
They do not let you use Dairy Queen coupons.
