Place is going downhill... bbq pork is nothing but junks of fat, not sure whats in the spring roll but tastes chemicals, used to be my favorite richmond place to eat but have been disappointed with every dish over my many past interactions

This restaurant is located in the Ironwood mall and isn't often too busy. Normally able to come in and find an available seat right away. There are many food options and the food came out really quickly. Food itself has good portion sizing and tastes good too. Server was extremely attentive, perhaps even too much so as she was sticking around the table to quickly take the order.

I live in Point Roberts, WA and I drive all the way to Richmond for this Chinese food. The family owned business has been a staple of the community for decades, and the reason it's held the test of time is because of the great food, excellent service and easy In-N-Out location.

Vegetarian options: They have many clearly marked vegetarian options and they are able to switch out sauces and take out meat if you want more choices.

Parking: It's an Ironwood plaza so there's tons and tons of parking

We always order the lunch combo special. Their side Wonton Soup is the best. We love all their roasted pork, duck and chicken ?.
The service is excellent, most servers are Aunties who make sure we are happy.... definitely our go to when we go to this area.

Very good service. Everyone working was so nice to me and the food was delicious! I recommend the Honey Garlic spare ribs. The crispy outer coating is one of the best I have had.

Our go to BBQ pork spot when in the Steveston area of Richmond, though I have gone out of my way before. Very clean and pleasant. The servers will make you feel at home immediately. The food is always fresh and tasty!
