The dim sums were below average. Avoid, especially in Richmond.XLBs were lukewarm, 1/3 of them had tears in the skin and the juice leaked out.Shaomai's skin are hard and chewy, fillings tasted unflavorful.The soup noodle was actually pretty good, best dish that meal.

Went to this restaurant for a team building lunch and social meal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was piping hot and well seasoned. They were able to accomodate a table of 6, with a reservation. Because it was busy, the area was a bit noisy. Otherwise, the restaurant was very clean! We had walked to ghe restaurant, but there's parking underneath the complex.

Terrible experience dealing with rude servers talking behind our tables back. My friend found an iron scrubber piece inside her food/mouth. After replacing the dish, the waitress didn’t even apologize. She literally said “I replaced the dish, that’s my apology.”Shocking.

My friend ate a disgusting iron scrubber within a bowl/dish. After she spit it out, she complained the server; the server just replaced the bowl with a new one. They didn’t even apologize, extremely rude. Probably the one of the most disgusting experiences to date, finding the iron scrubber piece in the food. They gave us price off the dish and 10% off. But the waitress was extremely rude, unwilling to apologize for 40 minutes. They spoke rude words in chinese, since our table spoke english.
