I’ve gone to the 11700 Cambie Rd location in Richmond BC for years and the staff working there have always been kind, respectful and make my order perfect every time. Today I just decided to use my points for a Coke and as usual they were awesome and greeted me with a “Hey how’s your night going!” and it always makes brings a smile to my face. 10/10 my favourite pizza store. Yesterday, I bought a large pizza with 4 toppings. Two of us ate one slice each and immediately we had to rush to the washroom. We ended up having a upset stomach. Terrible experience. I will never buy from you guys again.

I accidentally ordered 3 large pizzas online way too early, so I called and asked if I could pick them up 2.5 hours later. The staff was super nice and said no problem. Honestly, I expected the pizzas might be sitting there cold when I arrived, but to my surprise they were hot and freshly made! On top of that, they even gave me an extra pizza for free. Really appreciate the great service and kindness — definitely recommend this place.
