Probably one of my favourite pay by weight hot pot spots ever!!! The selection is abundant with fresh ingredients, the broth is so flavourful and rich, and their sauce bar includes some side dishes like kimchi and peanuts. They also have a fried food section if you want a dry option! The ice cream is hands down the creamiest one I've had in one of these kinds of restaurants.
