We had a great dinner, Bianca was pleasant and engaging. She made us feel welcome We love coming here cause the service is always great

The noise level is unbearable. The music was so loud and people were screaming to talk. We cannot hear each other's conversations. Make me want to leave the place right away. Cannot enjoy the meal with such loud noise. We can still hear echoes in our ears after leaving the place. It's a pity because we had a wonderful experience at your restaurant before when it was not so noisy.

Not the best Earls I been to. I was passing by and decided to have breakfast there. The server was accommodating to my requests with my breakfast selection, which was good and expected from a restaurant like Earls as iv been to others.

However I felt rushed out once I was done eating and drinking coffee, it's not like that place was full at all, it was early and about 75% empty so not sure what all the rush to get me out was before I was able to finish my coffee cup.

She gave me the check and asked if paying by card was good. I was like ok, And she was like have a good day, like I had to leave.

The food was not bad, not the best, but acceptable.

We had a women's community gathering and we truly enjoyed our time at Earls Richmond. The food was super delicious and our server Rupi made us feel at home. I love the new holiday brunch menu, much better options than the previous menu. We all had different dishes and drinks, and we left feeling full and grateful. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality. Christian and Kelsha are truly exceptional. They are consistently attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure I’m well taken care of during every visit. Their level of service is a major reason I continue to choose the Earls Lansdowne location. Highly recommended!

Nashville chicken sandwich ordered by two people at table lacked meat, and chicken was burnt
