Earls Kitchen + Bar

I recently had a ladies lunch and used Open Table to make reservations at Earl's Kitchen. The process was simple and easy. Earl's was a good choice for us as they offer a nice variety of foods and of-course lots of easy parking. Earl's has an open concept but it did not feel noisy or cramped - the service was excellent.

Nice place to go with friends for dinner or appetizers. Slightly noisy if you're wanting to chat though.

Great food and amazing atmosphere for get together. Not ideal for groups, communication from the restaurant needs improvement.

We booked a table at 5:45pm yesterday, Friday, but the happy hour red sangria lacks any taste of either wine or fruits together, its like bland, colored watered drink. The scoop of ice cream to be added to the dessert we ordered didnt come, and when told the server she didn't even take it off the bill. To spend a $100 for 2 for 2 dishes and 2 happy hour drink was a waste I think. Its just the ambiance thats good.

Food was good - service was minimal - not sure if the waitress was new or just didn't care - didn't ask about further drinks, how food was or if we wanted dessert- had to ask for bill - very unusual for Earls

Nice restaurant that's great to dine in with lively energetic vibes with great food & nice beverage selections. Staff are professional and attentive. Service is excellent!

We had a great dinner, Bianca was pleasant and engaging. She made us feel welcome We love coming here cause the service is always great

The noise level is unbearable. The music was so loud and people were screaming to talk. We cannot hear each other's conversations. Make me want to leave the place right away. Cannot enjoy the meal with such loud noise. We can still hear echoes in our ears after leaving the place. It's a pity because we had a wonderful experience at your restaurant before when it was not so noisy.

Not the best Earls I been to. I was passing by and decided to have breakfast there. The server was accommodating to my requests with my breakfast selection, which was good and expected from a restaurant like Earls as iv been to others.

However I felt rushed out once I was done eating and drinking coffee, it's not like that place was full at all, it was early and about 75% empty so not sure what all the rush to get me out was before I was able to finish my coffee cup.

She gave me the check and asked if paying by card was good. I was like ok, And she was like have a good day, like I had to leave.

The food was not bad, not the best, but acceptable.

We had a women's community gathering and we truly enjoyed our time at Earls Richmond. The food was super delicious and our server Rupi made us feel at home. I love the new holiday brunch menu, much better options than the previous menu. We all had different dishes and drinks, and we left feeling full and grateful. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality.
