My first time here and I am addicted to it! Super yummy! I ordered the salted egg with cheese, tasted really good! Fast and friendly service too. I will come back to try the other flavour, Portuguese on my next visit!

The Oreo bubble waffle was delicious. Made to order, extremely fresh, crispy on the outside, chewy with small specks of Oreo all over the inside. Not featured here was their Hong Kong milk tea, my god, it was sooooo good. I like my coffees and teas very strong and this did not disappoint. Kept me up till 2am but not mad about it.
Whenever you visit Richmond Public Market, it's hard to leave without walking out with a bubble waffle in your hands. Their bubble waffles always have the best texture and consistency, crispy outside yet fluffy inside.
It takes about 10mins for the whole process so I suggest ordering one first, then perhaps buying some fruits and veggies at the market. They let the waffle rest after cooking it by using a hairdryer to crisp it up. I've tried their black sesame and salted egg yolk flavours before and while it's good, I find that the flavours could be more intense. You get a hint of it but I'd prefer if it was stronger so that every bite is fulfilling.
The egg tart flavour is delicious as well, but I suggest eating it when it's more cooled down. The sweetness of the egg tart flavour comes through when the bubble waffle is cool rather than fresh. It is a bit pricey so I only get it once in a while.

Their bubble waffles are not the kind I reminisce about from hk. Too dense, too cakey, too sweet, with a strong artificial vanilla extract kick. Great cup of milk tea though!

Finally got a chance to try out this place yesterday. Fortunately there was no line when we went so we were able to order right away. Friendly staff. Got the original bubble waffle with milk tea combo for I think $8.49 and a double cheese bubble waffle. We went on to pick up some food upstairs in the food court and the order was ready when we came back. The staff waited for us to arrive to pack the waffles and make the milk tea. That was thoughtful of them. The bubble waffles were nicely presented in paper bags. The original one was a bit on the sweet side. The double cheese one was really good. Milk tea was also done very well. Looking forward to try other flavors.
