When I used to buy this before, the outside was always crispy. The last two times I bought it, even though the egg waffles were fresh out of the oven, they were very pale and not crispy at all. I was really disappointed. I hope the owner can see this review.

First time we came here we tried the Portuguese Egg Tart bubble waffle and it was good, not too sweet and nicely crispy. Came back today and ordered the Black Sesame Mochi bubble waffle and honestly it was disappointing. The waffle wasn’t crispy at all and the sesame mochi was a letdown. I was expecting more of a gooey sesame paste like what’s advertised on the poster, but there was only a small amount of sesame filling and it lacked the strong sesame flavour. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it.

I was super excited to try this spot after reading so many good reviews but unfortunately, it was a little bit of a let down.
I ordered the house special milk tea, seaweed w/corn waffle, and the Portuguese egg tart waffle. It was pretty busy so it took about 15/20 minutes for everything to come out. The milk tea was delicious- not too sweet and you can definitely taste the tea leaves. As for the waffles, the texture was not there. I was expecting a nice crispy exterior with a warm, soft inside. But instead, it was pretty soft all around without the crispy edges. As for the flavor, the seaweed and corn was okay. But the Portuguese egg tart flavor was spot on!
I would be willing to try when it’s not super busy and hope that the texture will be better then.

I enjoy the experience of tearing the bubble waffle one by one and crushing the hot crispy waffle in the mouth and then feel the custard filling leaking from inside - The crispy outside and moist fragrant inside🤤 This place is located in the market. A bit hard to find parking if you go during peak hours market time. Off peak hours at 11 - 11.30am is quite easy to get parking. This waffle bubble is highly recommended. I like the chocolate and durian filling best. When you feel like wanting to hv fun snacking, this is the best choice.

My first time here and I am addicted to it! Super yummy! I ordered the salted egg with cheese, tasted really good! Fast and friendly service too. I will come back to try the other flavour, Portuguese on my next visit!
