Steep prices but good bubble tea. The mango slush was our favourite, it had a strong mango flavour and was very refreshing. Their brown sugar milk is alright, not as good as some other places but not bad. Overall, decent drinks and pearls are a good texture. I’ll be back to try more of their menu!

I never wrote a long negative feedback before to any store. But today they pushed me to this point. I purchased original bubble tea from exposure bubble tea store on Sep 17, 2022. I only had one sip and didn’t like the flavour that much. Then I didn’t continue drinking. About 20 min later when I’m about to drive home I felt nauseous and a bit over heated. Not sure what cause it. Then I puked by the moment I arrive home. Second day I try to pour rest of the bubble tea to the drain I saw a green bug come out of the drink, it was so disgusting cause people could swollen it by accident. I didn’t add any pears or any thing in my bubble tea I watched that green bug come out of my bubble tea cup when I pour it. This incident has made me ill and mentally traumatized. The store say that they can only give give a couple coupons to me. I didn’t accept that. They also said the video playback didn’t show the bugs was in the cup when I was in the store so it is not their fault. The manager I speak to has a terrible attitude try so hard to argue it’s not their fault. Who is going to come back after all this happened?

Nice store with an East-Asian night-life aesthetic. The drinks are definitely on the pricier end. They allowed you to choose your tea base as well as ice and sugar levels. Overall a decent experience. Some of the staff were smoking on their break. Cashiers are mediocre at English.

Very good bubble tea! And they have board games and it’s the chillest place ever and the nicest staff ever. They even recommended a good bubble tea for my friends and were very sweet. They also have good music and cool merch. If you’re ever in need of bubble tea. GO HERE! Also it’s worth the drive if you aren’t in Richmond

Atmosphere is chill and there's seating available for up to 15. Got a regular milk tea, but it was very watered down. Multiple people in out party also got various drinks from taro to ice cream milk tea and all of them were watered down.Three stars for a decent environment.

Great service, we ordered take out and came back for it. The Coco Mango was delicious and so was the Mango Pomelo Sago. We’ll be back.

Slow service waited 25min for 2 devil milk tea, they said wait for boba in 25min and I did, but after 30min no one came with the drinks. They refunded me but I got other drinks that were really good as well.

Ordered the Devils Fresh Milk with pearls. It tasted weird. Not sure if it’s supposed to taste like sour coffee pulp or the machines weren’t cleaned properly. Also the pearls are mushy.

Decided to try this place out and it was an experience. Good music/vibes. Receiving my drinks did take a lot longer. (Felt like 15 mins) Saw a bunch of people with pick up apps pre/online order I guess? Grabbed a super mango slush for $9 (on the pricy side) I wouldn't say it was Worth it worth it. Because the narrow cup. Also grabbed a Exp Surpreme fruit tea. Def Not worth $9... maybe if I do come back I'll try kumquat lemon/plum or lemon.. I don't think could go wrong with that. This place looks Iike it might specialize in milk teas. They also have buy one get one 50% off M-F 3-6pm and a 10% off when it rains? Like I said this place is an experience. See photos
Easy to find. Lots of parking. There's always a line when I come, and for good reason. Their drinks are the bomb! I've tried many different ones, and always go back to the strawberry bomb slush. While I wait for drinks, my sisters and I like to play some Jenga! There's limited seating, but if you can get seats, it's a fun place with different board games provided while you wait or hang out.

Dope decor. Staffs were kind and patient. Me and my boyfriend support this store before pandemic started, never fail us, the store manager looks real cool and surprisingly kind, patient and professional on recommending drinks to us. Definitely our favorite bbt shop in the town.

Taro milk tea was delicious and staff were very friendly. Overall vibe of the store was super cool. They use good quality recyclable plastic cups and compostable straws too. Stickers on the toilet.
