The food itself is okay, but the service is really bad. A piece of plastic came out of the food and it looked like it had melted from the spatula. Of course, they apologize when they come out and don't charge for the food, but here they say they will take 50% because they touched the food. really… This is my first time in a place like this. Usually, in other restaurants, they either don't charge for the menu or give you everything you ordered for free, but the behavior here was very strange. I wasn't asking for free food, but the manager apologized too roughly and the server just bluntly apologized and left. It's so shocking.Was very disappointed by their service. There was a piece of plastic in our food and they charged us 50% of it. I do not understand their service as a person who works in the food industry. Usually person in charge comes out apologize and offer a service. But here? They charge us and no service. I did not expect any service from them, but there was a plastic in our food. After that plastic showed up, I lost my interest in any of the food that came out. Worst day ever. I am reporting regarding food safety. Please keep your kitchen clean.

We waited 20 mins past our reservation time to get seated on a Saturday afternoon, so expect delays during busy times. The ordered dim sum selections arrived 5-10 minutes apart delaying the overall meal and some items took 20 minutes before showing up. Staff seem to be too busy for the volume of customers. The food was just OK. This place used to be very good as we have attended weddings here before, but not as good as it used to be.
