Five Guys Richmond

I go to this Five Guys about once a week to pick up three patty melts for my husband, and every single visit is a great experience. The moment I walk in, the staff recognizes me and already knows my order, which makes me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Everyone is consistently friendly, kind, and genuinely happy to help.

Today I also used the restroom, and I was honestly blown away—it was the cleanest restroom I’ve ever seen in any fast-food or regular restaurant. That really says a lot about how much pride they take in their location.

Between the consistently delicious food, outstanding service, and incredible cleanliness, this place truly stands out. I’m always impressed and will happily keep coming back!

I got bad food poisoning from here yesterday and was puking all night.

Burger was tasty and I like the versatile selection of toppings.
Fries, on the other hand, were extremely salty and ruined the experience of good potatoes.

Finally got to try the burgers here and they didn't disappoint. Had a family dinner and ordered 6 different burgers including the small burger. They were all delicious and tasted fresh. Portion sizes were good. Everyone had a milkshake too and those were the perfect companion to a good burger. We had take out but the restaurant was really clean and bright. There's boxes of roasted peanuts that are open with a scoop and a little bag so you can munch on those too if you want. As well the staff were attentive and welcoming.

Sometimes the burger is good sometimes its bad and seems purposely overfilled with sauce. Sometimes the fries are not waayy over salted but most of the time they r.

These guys keep changing the size of the large fries.. somedays it comes with a extra scoop of fries someday it does not and only comes with enough fries to fill the cup they go in ... I've mentioned it several times and they say this is how it is now.. every other five guys gives u a separate bag for large fries and there is always more fries then what fits in the cup. 4 times u guys ripped me off on large fries and then sometimes u guys will give the proper amount.

U guys r charging me over 7$ for large fries and giving me the same amount as a regular size order of fries.

The manager which I think is the tall guy with the glasses always seems like he doesn't want to b there .. hes very condescending and this makes the whole experience unappealing... I haven't been back in a while due to this. I don't want to keep supporting a place that doesn't want to be supported

The crazy part is on top of all of this almost every visit I've been I have caught them talking bad about customers in hindi . Mainly the manager. If I ask for anything outside of my order like not too much sauce on the burger the manager will make fun of the customer with his coworkers.

I enjoyed the Little Hamburger and Cheeseburger. The meat was fresh, juicy, and well cooked, with a good variety of topping options. Initially, the fries were disappointing as they were skin-on and overly soggy, and the grilled cheese lacked flavor.

Update: The fries have improved significantly and are now perfectly crisp. The staff are also welcoming and professional, which enhances the overall experience.

So after I lost a game but dropped 30 with my friend, we were devastated, walked to ironwood without any cash, we were hungry. Everytime we walked my a restaurant we would drool, then we walked by Five Guys, we decided to give it a try to ask for something free thinking they wouldn’t give us anything, at first they said sorry no but we can give you drinks, we were happy and while we got our drinks an employee said to us that we can have free fries, this feeling is unimaginable, after we got the fries we were so happy, me and my friends fought for every fry, in the rain, we didn’t care if we dropped it, we would still eat it, anyways please come to this place it’s very welcoming and smells rlly good when you walk in

You should consider opening earlier. While eating next door, I watched at least 6 groups of people walk up to the door. All of them saw that you open at 11 and went to one of the several restaurants that were already open. This was between 10:30 and 11am
