Cheese burgers are usually my go to and they taste great. Ordered to go the other day but the paper bag was wet with a LOT of tomatoes juice coming out the wrappers inside and the burger buns were all wet and stale. Packaging could be better and more careful next time.

Absolutely amazing staff and customer service, especially the cashier, Umesh. The food is super delicious and the service was extremely fast. It’s my first time at Five Guys in Canada and I love every bit of it. Such a great experience overall.

We got a Bacon Cheeseburger and a little cheeseburger along with a chocolate milkshake and a cookies n cream one too. You can put whatever toppings you like on the burger, free of cost. The music is great and the vibe is even better.

FOOD SAFETY! I’m sorry I have to keep discussing this, but I’m concerned about food safety at Five Guys. I’m not a health inspector, but it seems like this issue is recurring. A woman was using gloves when cooking, which is proper when handling food. However, she changed to a new pair when she took my order. To my surprise, after touching the till and finishing with another customer, she proceeded to use the same gloves to touch the food. I politely reminded her, but she gave me a stare and wouldn’t listen. Although she eventually changed the gloves, she didn’t respond to my call. I asked her name, but she turned her back on me. This incident occurred on May 2, 2025, around 11:30 a.m.

Good but the service was not the best but the food was so good

I had Five Guys for the first time in a hot minute (we’re talkin’ years).
It did not disappoint. Wowzers. The bag fries! Gimme a break. Scoop of peanuts? Yes please!

I usually enjoy five guys in downtown, but I tried this location expecting at least similar quality.
However, as soon as I got my order bacon cheese burger, faulty smell hit my nose.
The issue was bacon, it smelled like really old bacon- not smoky fresh but outdated fat, and it ruins the taste of whole burger.
Moreover,I ordered all the way for topping, the vegetable topping was not as bad as bacon, but not the freshest..
As a Big fan of five guys burger,
I think the quality of food, hygiene should be seriously reviewed.

Burguer is always juicy, and fries are great. Milkshake was too sweet.
Also, one of the only fast food joints ive been that plays a good mix of american music.

My only problem with this branch is that staff that takes the order always can't get what we want. We always order a hamburger and a bacon cheese burguer, both all topping except jalapeños, and extra veggies. They dont get that. Either one is no extra veggies, one comes with jalapeños, there's always something.

Dining with co-worker today, had a Little Bacon and Herb had the double, fries and Chocolate Banana shake. Whenever we go here, it is like a special occasion, excellent customer service to go with an excellent meal. Great, if not the best, burgers and fries. Awesome shake and the peanuts in the shell top off a wonderful experience.
Thank you Five Guys and Herb for picking up the bill.
